I am not vegan, but this product claims to be vegan which is false because pearl is an animal product. There is also some question about the sustainability of this product as well because it does not state where it is harvested. No instructions!!!! The back of the pkg is blank. They don’t even put a brand name on the product. Wonder why. And you have to go to the product online to learn that it’s not food grade! But it’s organic! I returned it.
