Great if it works
I ordered the chair and it arrived on time. Very easy to assemble and very comfortable with great support. However the lumbar support adjustment is faulty. You inflate and within less than a minute it deflates, hence the adjustment disappears. I've asked for a replacement chair, which hopefully will work, but it means that I have to go through the whole hassle of disassembling the chair and taking it to parcelshop nearby for it to be returned. Really annoying! Fingers crossed the replacement chair is not faulty too.

Definitely recommend and has pump up lumbar support
Definitely recommend this chair. I was hunting for a good office chair with pump up lumbar support and found this one. It was very easy to assemble, comfy and reasonably priced.

Cheap and not very good.

Pretty much falls apart
Came with any number of parts that weren't part of the assembly. Instructions poor. The arm adjust retainer broke on assembly. The wheels are awkward dont rotate even on low pile carpet. Most parts are plastic to save the manufacture a few pennies but are fragile. Quite small. One year after use one wheel broke. Back to my £70 ikea swivel chair. Wish i had never bought this- very poor value and there are better options.Lesson learned pick up one pre assembled that you can try in a shop.

Good chair

REASONABLE OFFICE CHAIR
Made from hard wearing materials, feels sturdy and good adjustment seat could do with more padding its not as thickly padded as the advert, i have added a patio chair seat pad.

Close but no gold ring
All in all it’s a decent chair. If you are short waisted like me, Do Not use the cover that is over he top connector. It nhibits the back support from lowering all the way to the seat, which is where lower lumbar support is needed. Also, if there was a way to lock the seat back in a somewhat upright position, I wouldn’t fall away from my work area and the lumbar support could support my back. As it is I tend to hunch over my desk.
