In hindsight, it's obvious. Listed as 15.7 inches wide, and it's true it can be stretched that far (straight out of the box it's about 14, which is fair), but the mechanism to adhere it to the wall/cabinet is 2 inches of hook-and-loop closure on each side, so subtract 4 inches from the usable width. You're left with something that will hold about 20 sheets of 8.5x11-inch paper. Not usable for what I'd intended, which was to put on cabinet door interior to store foil/parchment/wrap boxes horizontally, since my shelves aren't tall enough to put a storage rack on the door that holds rolls vertically. Couldn't find a storage rack that would hold wrap boxes horizontally and thought slinging them in this cargo netting would work. Which it would have, had it had the usable space advertised. There is a larger size available; may or may not get that (advertised as 19-plus inches wide, which ought to have the 13 inches I need after deducting 4 inches). Used the second one from the two-pack to store napkins. Six cloth dinner napkins, rolled around their napkin rings, fill pouch to bursting. The adhesive is strong, and the netting itself is strong and very springy,. Everything seems soundly sewn/constructed, albeit with sloppy edges on all sides, like someone just hacked away randomly with a pair of shears when cutting it for sewing. But didn't take points off for aesthetics, just for being wrong size.
