SCAM- not aligned with Dr. Bredesen's Diet!
As the co-creator of KetoFLEX 12/3, the diet used by Dr. Bredesen, I was curious about this book and ordered it. It is 100% not aligned with Dr. Bredesen's teachings . The author uses whole grains (wheat, corn, oats, quinoa, high glycemic fruits, conventional dairy and more non-approved inflammatory ingredients. This book is a SCAM. Save your money and buy the End of Alzheimer's Program instead with over 100 pages of nutrition information.
