The quality of this product is amazing!! It’s nice and thick, and super soft! Instructions are easy to understand and it comes with the things you need to really get your sweat on! It even comes with a cleaning bottle!! It also comes in a nice bag for easy storage when you aren’t using it

Gets nice and hot but smells terribly like chemicals and made my skin break out. I decided to find a no-VOC one instead. I don’t want these chemicals and mystery materials leeching into my skin while I’m sweating. I also didn’t measure this but if you’re tall you will not fit in it! I’m 5’8 and my toes were pressing against the button edge. I replaced with a similar but slightly more expensive product (healix) and it’s much longer and no chemical smell.

As someone with a body in pain often this sauna blanket has been a game changer. Hardest part for me is laying still while it does it's job. I feel incredibly relaxed and free after a session in this blanket and highly recommend it to anyone tired, in pain or that frequents the gym. Ready to use right out of the box and easy to follow the instructions. Heat level is incredible soothing my body all over. Functions well to make me feel better. Rolls up for storage when not in use.

I got this for my wife, she loves heated blanket type things and always seems cold, and we are both looking for additional tools to add to our weight-loss repertoire. It’s actually become part of her weekly wind-down routine. It heats up fast and the temperature range is wide enough for just about anyone. You can really feel it loosen up tight muscles after a workout, and the timer is simple to use. It folds up small enough to stash in a closet or under a bed when not in use. We've only been using it a few weeks, so it's hard to tell if it's helping with weight loss, but it seems to be helping with detox, anyway. You feel less gross? Or more... healthy. It's hard to explain. Be prepared to sweat—a lot. Make sure to put a towel down inside, as recommended, for easier cleanup. The only downside is the PU leather cover feels a bit plasticky at first, but you get used to it. It's also very heavy. Great option if you want a home sauna without breaking the bank.

You just open it up, plug it in, and hop inside. No need to set up a chair, a tent, or a steamer. It's like a giant weighted blanket in the form of a sleeping bag. The length is long enough for my husband, who is 6 ft tall. There are no beep sounds when you adjust the heat or when the timer goes off; it just shuts off. I make sure the plug is completely connected to prevent it from any potential damage or melting. I've only gone up to 150 degrees for about 35 minutes max. I'm working on going longer, but it's not easy to hydrate when there are no arm holes. The heat is gradual, and within 15 minutes, I was sweating. It does get uncomfortably hot when I move my feet towards the corners of the blanket, where the heat feels hotter and stronger. After 35 minutes, I was soaked with sweat, and it was pooling inside the blanket. As someone who has mild eczema, I didn't experience any rash or reactions to the blanket. It was really easy to clean. After wiping the sweat off, I open it to lay flat and with the bottle included, I use rubbing alcohol to spray it down and wipe it up with a towel. It folds back up easily and fits in the bag with wires, spray bottle, and all! My husband used the sauna blanket and at 110 degrees before bed for an hour and fell asleep in the blanket. It was a comfortable heat setting for him without causing him to sweat. It works very well to get you into a relaxing state and to fall asleep. I like this blanket more than I thought I would, and I use it a few times a week! It's a great investment for those who are looking to bring home the sauna experience, or anywhere, since it's easily portable!

This is great for laying in and using for all over inflammation relief. I love using this daily as I have RA and it helps with relaxing my boxy and helping blood flow really well to relieve the inflammation in my joints. Perfect for anyone that needs detoxing, blood circulation, or inflammation relief. It is like a giant whole body heating pad.

My husband and I both work the same physically intense job, and while we've tried steam saunas, infrared saunas, red lights, and more, I've always wanted a sauna blanket. It looks and feels like a heavy (but not too heavy) huge sleeping bag, and the texture is not rubbery or like faux leather, which I was initially afraid of. I honestly think we'd both fit into it at once, although we didn't actually try, and we are fairly small humans. With just 100-pound me inside, it is nice and roomy. I did get an organic cotton liner towel, to make cleanup easier. It heats up quickly and feels so good; it does take a bit of time to get to the max heat if I turn it up to 167 degrees but once there, it retains heat well and feels nice staying in even for some of the cool-down period. The control cable is easy to attach and detach, and easy to operate/understand. After use, it is easy to clean; it even comes with a spray bottle to use. After a few minutes, it cools down completely and it is easy to fold it back up into the bag. This sauna blanket is a great value for the price, compared to many models out there, and it still has the good construction and functionality of the higher priced models. Highly recommended for active lifestyles, or just for a nice sweat session.

I'm a big fan of saunas and already own a steam unit, but this blanket has been a great alternative for days when I want something quicker and more convenient. At 6'2", I was worried it might be too small, but it actually fits really well and doesn’t feel tight or awkward when I sit inside it. The heat is solid, and I start sweating within 10 to 15 minutes. The control unit is simple and easy to use, though it’s on the opposite side of the zipper, so once you’re zipped in, adjusting settings is tricky unless you have someone to help. Also, the cord could be longer, depending on your setup, but I have a spot where it works fine. One thing to note is that there are no arm holes, so you're limited in what you can do while using it, you’re basically committing to full relaxation, which isn't a bad thing. It feels well made, and the heat levels stay consistent without overheating. As you can see from my picture, it hits 167F which took about 40 minutes overall, but that works really well. I'm giving it 4 stars mostly because of the lack of arm holes, control placement and cord length, but otherwise, it's been a great addition to my routine.
