Sure helps with snoring
Yes, I snore… I wear a night guard as I grind my teeth and normally snore at night, so says the wife. I was looking around to see what was offered to help with snoring and saw this option. I figured I would give them a try and they arrived in a few days. The strips arrived in a zip lock style bag and another sealed bag held the strips.I normally use lip balm on my lips at night, so it was weird not doing that, but using the breathing strip to cover my entire mouth. It found it was really weird during the first nights while falling asleep, as I felt at times I couldn’t breath, but eventually I fell asleep and didn’t wake up at all at night. In the morning, I was able to remove the strip without any issues or pulling hard on my skin. I actually have felt more rested after using these a few times. I haven’t used a ton yet, so I can not speak to it being irritating to the skin. Overall, I was pretty impressed and will continue to use them and can update this post in the future if any adverse issues come up.They are a bit pricey for 30 strips, but if they help with less snoring and better night sleeps and the added health benefits, then I think it is worth it, so I recommend giving them a try.

Comfortable and breathable
I'm new to sleep tape and even though I'm not really much of a snorer, I feel like I do sleep better with these. My mouth isn't as dry when I wake up and my sleep tracker on my watch said I got better sleep so that's cool. These say "hush mode" on them which is cute and signals I did this to myself and less like I'm being abducted lol. The tape is big enough to cover my entire mouth and is breathable so it holds your mouth shut without feeling too claustrophobic. It still takes some getting used to at first but I find if I read in bed and then put this on right before I'm about to fall asleep, I don't overthink it. Lots of benefits to this stuff if you want to research it a bit. Oh, and the adhesive is pretty good. I was concerned my face lotion would make it not stick but I had no issues and it even went back on fine after removing to get a drink of water. Did not irritate my skin, which is pretty sensitive. Doesn't hurt to peel off if you do it slowly how you're supposed to.

Too sticky
These are super sticky. I’ll try a few more days but not sure this will work for me.

Not bad
I've used about half these anti-snore mouth tapes so far. The first time I used one, my skin was not super happy with it. I ended up having some slight discomfort and a couple blood spots in the morning after removing the tape, I assume because it pulled out little hairs or something. The next couple times of using this tape was not as bad, but still not the most pleasant. The tape is a bit more sticky than it needs to be. I do like that the tape is stretchy, because I move my mouth around a bit in my sleep. However, this is also a downside; when I move my mouth too much the edge of the tape comes up and sometimes I end up drooling out of the little crevice of it. I think the tape would fit better and be more comfortable if it was wider. It is too square shaped for me, so it covers too high over my lips but not wide enough to keep my mouth completely closed some nights. I have very sensitive skin and have several skin allergies, but this tape does not seem to irritate my skin (besides the initial first couple uses). I would say that these are in fact hypoallergenic, because my skin would be a hot mess by now if they weren't. The current price of this product as of 11/16/24 is $18.99 - for a pack of 30, I think the price is a little steep. You can purchase body safe tape and accomplish essentially the same thing for a fraction of the price. Overall, I think the product is okay and it's super convenient, but it could be designed a little better and the price could definitely be lower.

Better than expected
This little mouth stickers actually work very well. They are made of the same stretchy material that fabric bandaids are made of. You can actually breathe through it, so you wouldn't suffocate if your nose was plugged up and it's flexible so it doesnt pull if you move your mouth around. They are just the right amount of sticky. They dont peel off on their own - as long as I dont have moisturizer on - and they peel off easily without a mark. But for me anyway, once it's off, a new one has be reapplied. There are 30 in the package and at around nineteen dollars at the time of review, I don't want to waste them. I've learned to apply it after everyone else is settled in, so there is no reason to have to talk. I cannot cough with one on, so the other night I had a coughing attack and I had to peel it off with a quickness! They're cute because they say, Shush Mode with a little mute icon. I wish I had these when my kids were little!

Maybe Too Sticky?
I got these to try mouth taping as I’ve been reading a lot about it being a way to get more restorative sleep. They have nice branding, come in a resealable pouch and are the bulk wrapped inside that. My first use I was mostly worried about how it would work with facial hair, but they had a cool pattern on the sticky side, felt light weight and I gave it a try. Overall it is comfortable and I even took it off then reapplied to get a more even application. I slept great and did feel pretty rested, but taking it off this time was a little more difficult and I noted that it did hurt a little pulling it off. After inspection of the tape and my lip in the mirror I realized it straight up pulled some skin off. And my lips weren’t dry or chapped prior.I’ll probably try once more once my lip heals since it was the first of 30 strips, but I think overall I’ll probably try something else.
