Heats Quickly, Adjustable Temp, and Multiple Modes for Operation
I had wondered why the heater came on at full blast, and I by accident found that the thermostat was set to 95. LolThe temp that was displayed on the unit was the temperature in the area. I was able to confirm that value because I had the device set pretty close to the house's thermostat for the first test. Usually just a small portion of the house is in use at any one time, so I am exploring options for heating just the smaller portions versus heating the entire house when it isn't needed. The included remote worked fine. When I tested the temp up and down buttons, it finally showed the temp for the unit to warm up to. Once the temp to reach has been set, the display goes back to showing the current temp. I would have preferred a display that showed both pieces of data. The display for the unit is on the top of the device, with the manual buttons which match the buttons on the remote but in a different order. The Mode button will switch between 4 modes - keep pressing the button to cycle around to the desired mode. Eco was the default when I turned it on, and it will adjust the force of the output based on the difference between the current temp and the temp set to warm up to - which is not at all what I would expect from an "eco" setting. Lo setting uses only 900W, so that is the setting that I will use going forward. Hi uses 1500W and has a greater air output than Lo mode. (Remember - the higher the wattage, the more electricity it uses.) Fan mode allows you to just blow air around the area without any heating or cooling happening - so if the air is already cool it will blow around the current cool air.The unit has an oscillate function with its own button to turn the feature on and off. The oscillation motion worked smoothly when I tested it. I anticipate that there will be times that I need it and other times I will have it turned off.The power cord is pretty short for the instructions to not plug it into a power strip or extension cord. Especially as the unit should (for safety's sake) be kept at least 3 feet from any curtains, furniture, fabric, or other flammable materials. The product description mentions using it outside. Snow is moisture which the heater must be kept away from. Plus, you would need a non-flammable table or something (definitely not setting it on grass areas) fairly close to an outdoor outlet.I'm still figuring out where I can place and use this device for the best take-off-the-chill results. Since it's easily portable, I do anticipate moving it around as needed.Wherever you decide to use this device, keep safety in mind and it should work well for you.

Works Good
It finally got cold a few days ago so now I've been able to test this. I've been running it most of the day in my home office. I have the thermostat for the main heater set at 68 which is a little too cool for shorts and a t-shirt. I like to wear shorts and a t-shirt all the time. I'm not ready for bundling up yet. I've been using it in my office to supplement the main heater for the house. I've had it set at 72 degrees and it works good. It keeps the room close to 72 all the time so I can continue wearing my shorts like it's summer year round. At night-time I get up several times at night to drink water and go to the bathroom. 68 is too cool when I do this. I've been running it in the bedroom all night lately and again keeping it at 72. When I get up several times at night it's definitely more comfortable. It's a small heater so by looking at it you would think it wouldn't work very well but it's been working well. It's the standard 1500 watts that most portable heaters at home output. I keep it on eco mode so it cuts on and off throughout the day like a thermostat does. This is the most efficient mode and the only one I've been using. It has a carry handle which makes it easy for me to carry between my bedroom and my office.I recommend this heater.

Does it's job but
It seems to be twice as loud as I had anticipated when I was reading the description. I don't have a way to measure it's noise but it is about as loud as my computer with it's fans spinning at 70% speed. Probably just a bit quieter than a conversation. You could definitely hear it about 15 feet away.Aside from that, and especially if you don't mind noise it works great. The oscillation works as advertised rotating about 60 degrees and it heats up pretty quickly. Eco mode sadly is the only one you can adjust the thermostat with but I plan on keeping it on eco anyways. However be aware that it doesn't seem to automatically shut off once the desired temperature comes. Instead it starts just it's fan, blowing air around the room.Overall I believe it is worth the money if you don't mind the noise. For me though it is slightly too noticable. But it's good white noise so I respect it.Also safety features seemed to work fine

Great Space Heater!
This is a great space heater. It warms my home office, bedroom, or living room no matter which room I use it in, and they're all different sizes. I love the oscillation as it warms a larger area than stationary heaters. The remote control is useful so there's no need to get up to adjust temperature or oscillation. There's a timer feature you can set from one to twelve hours where it will shut off after that time. Finally, what I appreciate most is the automatic shut off if it tips, as it is a great safety feature. I'm so glad ordered this and recommend it to others!

Compact but powerful
This is a review of OWAAE Space Heaters for Indoor Use, 1500W Portable Electric Indoor Heater With 60°Oscillating. This unit is just under 16 inches tall, making it ideal to use as a tabletop or floor model. Has a controls touchscreen on top, with temperature display on front., as well as a remote. If you place it on the floor, the remote will come in very handy to keep you from bending over to use the touchscreen. To be such a compact unit, it produces a generous amount of heat. It's not going to replace your furnace, but it will be perfect for heating up a bathroom, or a small bedroom or den. We use ours to supplement the furnace, so we don't have to turn the thermostat too high. It works great!
