They are flexible enough to where I am not worried the kids will break them but I do believe they would snap if you tried to do it on purpose. The plastic feels fine for what it is and they work great with Legos which is what I was looking for when I requested these base plates. Overall I recommend them for anyone looking for some cheap base plates for building with their Legos or non Lego bricks. The pieces do not come off super easy but they aren't hard to take off either, its basically the same as an official one maybe a little tiny bit more secure even.

This building board is an excellent addition to any Lego collection. The sturdy material ensures durability, and the compatibility with major brick brands makes it versatile for creative projects. The molding tolerances on these are good however after a month of play they have started to curl and so they aren’t completely flat. On carpet it makes it slightly difficult to push structures down that are more than 10 rows across. I think this would be solved by molding the base plate thicker so that they don’t bend.

My son requested some boards to create Lego scenes. These were exactly what he wanted. He was able to attach whatever Leo builds he wanted to attach without any problem. These are very sturdy boards and very similar to the namebrand.

These were really useful for a kit that I had gotten recently. I was having a problem getting the first few layers to get it stable enough. These helped out a lot. They are great for kids to build on too especially if they want to design their own scenes with mixed blocks.

For that they seem to work fine.There are slight imperfections in the plastic molding. This shows up as a divot in some of the studs. See photo. None of them caused the stud to be unusable, but it mars the looks of the base plate.The plates have no protection on them, just coming in a large, clear ziplock bag. Two of the blue ones had bends on a corner, and one of the black ones had a little break.

These are great base plates! My son has been using the blue for water and the black for factory floors. Lol! He loves them! Compatible with lego and other off brand bricks. We are having fun with them and they are decent quality. 10/10 recommend!

I ordered these baseplates when one of the kits I was assembling suffered from low "clutch power," the grip between pieces. Some bricks and tiles along the base kept coming loose and falling off, especially pieces that spanned a seam. It was frustrating. Building on one of these bases reduced the problem. Obviously, they wouldn't be necessary when assembling a vehicle like a car or a plane. For a building like a house, one or two of these might help keep sections together. They can be very useful when simply creating from scratch. These baseplates are bit thin and maybe a little too flexible; however, they made it easier to move my kit around while assembling it.
