Decent multi functional bench made 1 modification
The media could not be loaded. Seems pretty sturdy dig the bench, for me personally only thing I did not like was the upper bar with the 3 holes, it was in the way of doing bicep curls, couldn't get a full extension, so I modified mine and cut it off, this way it is not in my way while doing curls with bar or dumbbells. Literally took 45 seconds to do. I feel it made the bench ten times better, I can still do leg extensions while sitting, I can't do reverse leg while laying on stomach. Pleased on how easy it was to put together could, make sure screws are marked better my packs were marked different that instructions overall a decent bench for the price even more so no that I modified it.

Not Great, but have had worse
So I bought this bench in hopes to be able to do leg curls, and extension mainly, but liked the idea of being able to do barbell curls, decline sit ups and back extensions on it as well. Assembly was easy, the way it looks is nice. The bench isn't big enough for a wider body guy. I'm 6' 225 with broad shoulders. Doing dumbbell bench on this bench is tough, as I tend to teeter a bit. On the Leg extensions my feet hit the base of the bench and I couldn't go all the way down. Trying barbell curls was a different story. The arm for leg curls is in the way, and you cant fully extend downward. Also the bracing for you arms isn't quite wide enough and I felt like I was going to slide off the edges the entire time. When trying to do a decline sit up the cushion of the bench folded up and I can see where this is going to cause a problem soon enough. I also was hoping to try to do back extensions using the curl platform, however the leg extension cushions did not line up well, and would have most likely ripped out some tendons / ligaments if I would have tried. The price is cheap, and I knew when I got it there would be things I didn't like, however I did expect I would at least be able to use the bench for the features it appears to be made for. It may be better for a shorter / smaller individual.

Good bench
I like the size of the bench. When putting it together, the directions say different numbers than the actual packages of screws say. The packages of screws are used in number order. For step one use bag one for step two use bag two etc..

Sturdy, Lightweight, Easy to Assemble and Move
The bench is pretty good, it is really sturdy and not a bit shaky. As long as you follow their instructions carefully you will find that assembly is also a breeze. The bench height works well with my barbell rack and the retractable headrest provides good support when I do flat bench presses. Overall great, worth the purchase.
