This really do taste good
I must say, this really do taste good. It's by far the best tasting pre-workout drink I ever had. It's easy to prepare and it acts fast.

This supplement is average at best. The taste is not bad but the powder NEVER completely dissolves, leaving large granules in your drink. As for helping with ketosis, again, the product is maybe average, giving little of the energy or clarity that I have received with other ketone supplements.

Didn't like it at all
Didn't like it at all, tried 3 servings, forcing & not thinking about the bad taste! Not a good fit for me! May have good ingredients, but lack of good taste is a deal breaker. Hard for me to keep this product & finish it with enjoyment!!!
