This product has been fantastic, ever since i began my mission to become fitter and more active, this roller has been a real godsend. I use it after almost every bike ride and it really helps to loosen up the legs and butt. I used to have real issues with tightness in my back,( in part because of my job as a blacksmith) so i was regularly at an osteopath to sort things out. Its been a year or so using this and i have not had to use their services at all. would definitely recommend the use of this roller, also make use of the online videos that are made available when you purchase the roller as it really helps with correct use.

After spending hours looking at foam rollers on Amazon to use for back pain I decided to give this a try. Its construction and quality is far superior and worlds apart from the basic knobbly foam rollers you see listed under various brands. This roller oozes quality and has a very impressive solid feel to the core and a high quality firm but comfortable feel to the outer contact area. Well worth the extra over the standard types and its a decent width at 45cm unlike many which are only about 30-35cm wide. Highly recommended!!

Happy with my purchase - it's a fine size for full coverage of my back, or both legs, and the linked videos for usage are indeed useful to guide you if you're a noob like I was.I think it's a fine level of 'hardness', given I was apprehensive ahead of my first use, from some stories I'd heard, but it wasn't as sore as anticipated.I did have some significant bruising on my back after the first time, but it wasn't actually sore - just freaked my wife out when she saw it!

Bought this as I have a several lower back herniations and need to foam roller my upper back and legs to loosen up tight muscles (i'm not allowed to roller the actual damaged area) Having used a normal foam roller I thought this would be a good step up. however I did not anticipate the bumps physically bruising me every time I use the roller on my upper back (between my shoulder blades need attention) The bumps left me with severe purple bruise marks every time I use the roller that take over a week to clear and got my many a strange look in the changing rooms at the gym, so much that I stopped going swimming/ the the gym/ wearing tops that showed my back if I had used the roller.I've tried covering the roller with a towel to soften the bumps when I use it but the same problem occurs and it's not very practical to use as the fabric shifts and you cannot roll properly.I contacted GatorTail to ask for a refund as I cannot use the roller without making myself and they said as it has been used it cannot be returned, This is a shame as I bought the roller assuming the "we offer a 100% 12 MONTH guarantee" covered if the product did not suit the buyer but apparently it just covers product faults.I now have an expensive circular footrest under my desk and have had to purchase a flat normal roller.

Best roller I’ve ever used.Hd issues with tight flutes and back pain from running and always had a cheap roller.since investing and using this roller pain has relieved - highly recommend

Received the item yesterday but found that it did not contain the carry bag indicated on the product photo. I tried to contact the seller but could not find appropriate means, so I mentioned my request to send the carry bag as I am happy with the product itself. Could the seller or Amazon look into the situation? I would appreciate it very much.By the way, it arrived in Amazon box instead of manufacturer's box which would have been useful for storage or transportation. I'd also appreciate if the seller/Amazon can provide me with the box as well.Thanks and regards,TH
