I just boxed up for my return and truly am sad that I am not keeping it. My original review which was also 5 stars is not posted and I dont know why. I feel compelled to write another one only because I really want everyone to know that if it was a little bigger I would totally keep it. In the 3 weeks I have had it everyone that has come in has commented on it. It is beautiful top quality gorgeous color. I went with oat milk beautiful. It cooked everything perfect!!! I had no issues with temperature. If Bella had one bigger I would have exchanged for that. My neighbor even ordered one. It is worth every penny. Best appliance in kitchen in a long time. I wish I could keep it. The size is too small for us here. Cleaning is a breeze, compact size for countertop. If there is anything I would change on this unit is adding a light inside the oven. That would be it.

I have had this air fryer for about 6 months now and I absolutely love it . Works great I have made some delicious food in this thing and I highly recommend.. I have yet to burn anything ..zero malfunctions or issues . Gorgeous color.. I have been trying to get the crock pot and coffee maker that match as I have the toaster already in plum but either one or both in plum are always out of stock. Someday I hope .. 10/10 air fryer is great cooks fast perfect size for the counter. Looks classy also.

So cool! My first air fryer, and man do I love it! I needed a toaster oven in the new house, and stumbled upon this one. It looks cool, and doesn't take up too much space! It's perfect for my counter, and goes great next to the bella toaster that I bought as well. Never had an air fryer before, but won't live without on now!! Works great, and crisps my food (pizza, bread, desserts, leftovers, etc.) perfectly! Highly recommended!

We were looking for an old fashioned toaster oven, ie we just wanted to toast and bake. This Air Fryer Toaster Oven was decent price so we decided to give it a go. This is not a high tech machine, looks cut but the functions are elementary. For us, that is OK even though our last toaster oven had digital controls and displays. This is a few steps back from that. We never had an airfryer before but we've tried it out and again, it works. So as far as functionality goes, this machine is elementary but does the job. So what are the issues that caused us to leave a 4 star review? No preheat function so we just have to guess that it has reached the set temperature, I'm not happy with that and plan to buy an oven thermometer designed for toaster ovens to eliminate the guess work. No bagel setting but honestly the toast setting works well enough. Settings printed on front of machine are hard to read, ie small print, color only slightly darker than the machine itself. Ours is tan with light brown, small print. An interior light would be very helpful. The instruction booklet is next to useless. The timer has a tick tick tick sound like the old kitchen timers that you need to wind up past the twenty minute mark, then it counts down. I do like that the bell at the end of the cooking time is not loud, just one soft DING sound like the wind up kitchen timers. (Our old toaster oven beeped loudly 5 times which was overkill.) When I'm in the next room (open floor design) and typing out reviews on this website, I might not hear the bell but it's fine when in the same room. In sum, cute, works on all settings, but very elementary and not perfect. I guess it would be good for inexperienced cooks who are not used to using a more sophisticated machine with all the bells and whistles, but because of the no preheat setting I recommend this for experienced cooks.

Works great. No problems so far. Big enough for 12-in pizza. But I just got it. I just wish it was pink! It's dusty peach. Or even mint green. Doesn't quite go with the rest of my kitchen. But it's a good value. So update. What I've learned with a couple of these toaster ovens/air fryers is that you have to keep the temperature down or less timing. They get done faster! The higher ones seem to work better for me. But check that they have a full-sized pan if that's what you're intending to use a lot, like me. This one does. One had a little one that you would have to sit on a rack! Would only hold about two chicken breasts. But don't use a pizza cutter or knife on it! It's scratches. Take it off first. Also I learned too late not to use a steel wool pad. Also scratches. It says put oil on stuck on food. I hope I didn't ruin the finish! But they're scratches from the pizza cutter. These pans aren't real thick. The smaller one I liked in pink a more iron grooved pan. But I just couldn't get the temperature right, without burning everything! Before the cheese was melted or the inside was done. And I'm also realizing the air frying part in these things, even though I was hoping to save counter space. As I don't have a lot. The crumbs fall down to the bottom, and on the door. As people suggest you can use a piece of foil under it. But you also have to wash the basket. And the crumb tray if you don't. I'm thinking it might just have been easier to wash out the separate air fryer! It's got a little round rack. And you have to wash out the inside. Which is why I wanted an all in one. But with these you have to wash the basket out. And watch for those crumbs! But I like the pans for cooking Parmesan and mayonnaise crusted chicken breast, and chicken tenders. But I think I'll just be doing the pizza on the rack! Because it can stick to the pan. Might just be simpler. Plus crispier crust. Just my experience. I like this one, and it's a good price. Just wish it was pink!

This is my favorite new appliance!! It's SOOO cute. So far we've toasted bagels, heated up leftovers, and I made a pork tenderloin. So, we've used the toaster, the air fryer and the convection oven. All settings work amazing! It may run a little warm. We made cookies and burned them bc we left them in about 2 minutes too long. I line the bottom with aluminum foil to keep it clean and cut down on cleaning time. So, it's super easy to wipe down and clean. It matches my furniture and that makes me happy 😁

I ordered the surf blue color. Very pretty, however, the internal thermostat was off, and everything burned. So I bought a thermometer and placed it inside. The temperature was off by 20-50 degrees, too high. Contacted Amazon to request a replacement, as I purchased it during a Black Friday sale. They advised me to contact the manufacturer, who insisted that I send a video. Then, multiple emails later, they said the claim was still under review “by a manager.” I reviewed the negative reviews, and, sure enough, Gunther/Bella does not honor the warranty and ignores emails to the service department. After about an hour on the phone with Amazon and manager approval, they sent a replacement. But the replacement has the same issue. I suppose they decided to forgo an internal thermostat on the circuit board, so the temperature, in fact, never stays at the setting on the dial. Maybe it is a default just in the blue ones, since everyone else seems to be happy with theirs? If you decide to get one anyway, DEFINITELY splurge on the extra appliance insurance and an oven thermometer, because you may have to do the math every time you set the dial, as I do, and be prepared to check the temperature frequently while cooking. But it does look great in the kitchen. Also, if you are farsighted, you’ll need your reading glasses when using it.

This is just the right size for our RV. It works great and does everything a bigger appliance would do. It is also easy to operate and has all the functions I need, i.e. Toast, Bake. Broil, in addition to Air Fry.
