I love the quality of Kingsyard. This particular feeder was broken at the weld where the hanging bail attaches.Kingsyard replaced with an improved design that is one piece. They replied quickly and shipped the part immediately. So if you get a welded one from Amazon, just contact them (Kingsyard)and they will send the new one. Totally worth it. I have feeders from 4 other manufacturers and none equal the Kingsyard.

This is a beautiful bird feeder, came exactly as described. The birds love it. I love it. Its a win-win.

If you have bought any bird feeders in the past, you've probably realized just how messy birds are when they eat. So you probably understand why one of the most important things to look for in a good bird feeder is the way the ports are designed. We've gone through about half a dozen and none of them have been as good as this brand's bird feeders.Most bird feeders just have a hole in the side of the feeder and seed can come spilling out pretty easily. Not this one. The ports on this bird feeder are the best designed ports out of any bird feeders I've ever seen. There's a hood on the inside of the port that keeps seed from spilling out. It creates a little recessed trough for the birds to eat from that's not so big that it lets them fling seed everywhere but not so small that a bird larger than a sparrow can't eat. The perches are well spaced and thick enough for the birds to grab comfortably.Plus, this brand builds STURDY bird feeders. I don't think even our most intrepid squirrel would try chewing through, nor would it get far. The plastic is THICK and heavy and not easily broken. Considering that we've had 2 Home Depot bird feeders broken this year by bad weather, I'm very happy to have found something that has a better chance of surviving being thrown around in 80mph winds.Plus, they're just designed well. There's a mesh at the bottom to prevent mold growth but it's fine enough that seed doesn't escape. It hangs by a metal hook and the perches are metal and heavy plastic so they're not likely to break. It's almost as if the people who designed this feeder have, y'know, fed wild birds before.We love this feeder so much we're getting a third one. We can easily have 50 sparrows in our yard at any given time so we need multiple feeders if we want to maintain the hilarity that is watching mini dinosaur descendents mob and throw each other off the perches to get at the food. The birds prefer it over our one remaining Home Depot feeder that survived the derecho. And ultimately it's all about what the birds like, right?EDIT: I have loved both of my feeders, but when the winds hit, the small metal hooks that hold up the hanging bar snapped. I'm really disappointed. I tried reaching out to customer service, and got nothing. Extra disappointed. So now I'm looking for something else. The construction of almost all of this bird feeder is chefs kiss. But the hanging points are terrible and that's what ultimately broke.

Nice feeder and the birds enjoy it. Easy to fill and like all the ports available. Unfortunately, by the 2nd day the squirrels chewed every single feeding port apart,so bummed about that. 😕

Plastic bird feeder. 6 separate feeding shoots. Brown in color. Made adequately. Lightweight construction. Looks good. Hanging feeder. Acceptable product. Adequate design and quality.
