Excellent low priced digital watch.
I purchased this watch because I wanted an inexpensive watch to wear while I fish , hunt or work outdoors and did not want to spend a lot of money.Well I think this watch is worth more than the $25 I paid for it.The dial is large as are the digital numbers, it is easy to read and bright enough in sunlightplus it has the backlit night light.I hate reading instructions and trying to setup new watches, this UZI Guardian's instructions have only 6 easy to follow steps and if you are not using the timer, alarm or chronograph mode it only requires one step. The watch looks to be very rugged.Other reviews has commented about the plastic ring around the watch falling off, if it happens to meI will just super glue it.In summary this watch and the price are awesome.

Not water resistant
I have had my Uzi Guardian watch for 6 months. I'm not particularly hard on watches, but went swimming with it for the first time. It was no more than 3 feet underwater and noticed when I was done swimming that water had collected under the display. That was yesterday. Today, the watch won't display any time or date numbers nor will the display light up. My idea of junk, if it won't handle 3 feet of water when it says in the description that it is water resistant up to 50 meters(165 feet).

... this watch for several years and it's always worked fine. BUT
I've had this watch for several years and it's always worked fine. BUT, my complaint about it is that it is not very maintenance friendly, meaning 1) the straps are a pain to remove/replace and you have to remove them to take the back off to replace the battery. 2) After so many times of replacing the battery, removing the back cover, the little screws strip then you can't get them out (2 have and 2 have not). I've had to train myself not to bend the rubber strap so much when putting the watch on, it will eventually start to crack at the bending point. But I like the watch, still.

Nice and reliable watch for the money
I've owned and used it for more than a year, every day to work. Rain or shine. Day and night. In the office and out in the open under sometimes not-so-nice weather conditions. I've actually hit and dropped mine several times and absolutely nothing has happened to it. The little four squares on the inner side of the glass circle protect it from impacts. This watch looks good and tough, and what you see is what you get: a good and tough watch that's reliable. One can't go wrong with this watch for the price.

Not as good as expected.
At first sight and use the watch looks great, but this is not definetly an all day or anyplace watch. Mine came apart from one of the ends of the straps that attaches to the watch in the first day of use. Also if you wear it for long periods that include water contact like shower, gardening or any other tasks like that the screen gets kind of foggy, there's a weird layer of clear stains in mine that just won't go away. You get what you pay for.

Practical Digital Watch....That has People Watching
The Watch drew my attention right off. The price is incredible for the great watch you get. First time worn a day ago, I got comments on its green background when in the light. Not only an easy read, but easy operation. Topped off with an excellent, locking tab type band. Have seen the watch selling for $10 more. A nice addition to my 33 Watch Collection. A real deal at Amazon. Other reviews on Amazon helped my decision to buy....go get it !

Ergonomic Problems -- Extremely Annoying
A $30-35 watch must follow a long list of expectations or it must be deemed deficient. This is because the market is flooded with inexpensive, reliable, and easily programmable watches. I hastily bought this watch at a tactical equipment store following the misplacement of my previous Timex model. The Uzi company markets itself as a tactical equipment brand. This watch should perform well in the field. But it does not. The buttons are too large and easily pressed--often when doing field work I would find that throughout the course of movement in the day. These random button presses would reset alarms, make sounds, and cause all sorts of annoyances which I had never had to experience with any other watch.Apparently most of the design was farmed out internationally, including the manual. It is unreadable. I was not able to learn how to turn off some annoying features of the watch. This is a digital watch. It keeps time. However, it's two major deficiencies--ergonomics and programability--keep this from being competitive with anything on the market at it's price range. I have bought a lot of equipment for my forays into the field. This was the worst purchase. I was very happy when I threw it into the trash can. After dealing with this watch for several months (too long, but my lethargy prevented me from throwing it away earlier), I switched to a comparably priced Timex. Not a single problem with the latter.

Stands up to what military school dishes out
Sent this watch to military boarding school with my son. He doesn't take it off, and showers/swims with no issues. He has historically been very rough on watches and beats them up and scratches the faces. This watch still looks brand new after a few months of daily wear.My only complaint is that the 24 hr / 12 hr toggle button is easy to press by flexing your wrist, but it is a simple one button press to toggle it back.Would definitely buy again!!

Buon prodotto. Bella linea. Semplicemente essenziale.

they are easy to miss
Ordered this and received it within a week. Watch arrived with a dead battery. Manual says it uses a 2026, but a 2025 will due. You have to remove the straps in order to replace the battery, at least I did. Once the straps are off, its a piece of cake. Replacing the strap spring bars was a little more time consuming. Be careful, they are easy to miss. Its been about three weeks since I received the watch and so far so good. I will update how it does in the long run.
