Pros: Sleek looking, easy to open the locked compartment, comes with writing penCons: Listing does not indicate what size notes fit in the bottom (4"x5.5"), pen very difficult to get in and out, the plastic of the window in front was VERY difficult to get out and then in (I was sure it was going to break)

What we needed but will be making my own inserts.
Overall, this does what we need for a Suggestion Box. I found the inserts for the window humorous. Picture is attached. The pen and place to hold it are awkward to get in an out so I have replaced the pen with a cheap Bic and it works better.

Confused
the key was locked inside the box---why? The pen fell apart as soon as I tried to remove it. The paper inserts are in Chinese and English. Why?
