All in one bird guide to the ABC Islands
Birds of Aruba, Bonaire and Curacao is a complete guide. Very well organized, with maps, history of the islands, and with bird illustrations and descriptions is perfect for what I was looking for in a guide.

Covers all the birds you're likely to see
The book was quite thorough and gives a lot of (accurate in my experience) details about many of the species you're likely to encounter in the ABCs. My only complaint is I wish there was some kind of index that listed the most common birds on each island in order of likelihood of encountering them. As an amateur bird watcher I had to spend some time leafing through all the plats and bird details to identify the common birds I encountered on my first visit to Bonaire. I get the authors were going for completeness but for someone like me it's probably not interesting to know about a bird that was spotted only once in Aruba in 1957.

Gorgeous and comprehensive. So glad I got it.

Good guide
I used this book in Aruba (2019). Although this book is much thicker and heavier than the Princeton Guide (De Boer, Newton and Restall), it has better pictures and more information about where to go for birding. It is still compact enough for field use.

An awesome book! Has all the birds in there
An awesome book! Has all the birds in there... actually too many birds as it includes some that were only seen like 1 time ever. The included site guide was extremely helpful in finding places to bird on both Aruba and Bonaire, especially as the islands do not appear to be well eBirded.

Disgusting and Gross
One of the most expensive birding books I ever bought.Came with many of the pages glued together with sticky stuff. The back of the book has sticky stuff on it across 3 inches of the back and part of another book's cover on it. It is clear that a label was removed from the front also. This book is NOT new and Amazon ought to be ashamed to ship out books in this condition.GROSS.
