I’ve been through three different boots, and this is by far the best. First, it’s made of metal which makes all the difference. Second, it’s designed to be strong and long-lasting. Every other boot had thin metal square rings to put the straps through, so — when I pulled the straps tight — the rings would eventually turn sideways. They designed this boot with metal slots built into the frame so there is no way for that to happen. It pumps up well and does exactly what it’s supposed to. I’ve worn it for a month now with no complaints. WORTH THE MONEY!

Purchase - super easy its AmazonShipping - 1 day its Prime, so speed of availability was an easy choice to pick this brand/model.Packaging - very low foot print and easily reused to send back faulty boot from another company.Size/Fit - Large for a shoe 12 is perfect. Lots of velcro. DON'T take the plastic off the side struts until you got your foot in. DON'T put the supplied socks in the dryer. #1 - put sock on #2 - open boot and air valve then put foot in, all the way down & back. #3 - stand and check vertical alignment of leg into boot with relation to the side struts, then remove the plastic covers off struts when happy with leg to foot angle so that their velcro will then attach to the neoprene boot #4 - use pads and close boot then strap gently #5 - close air valve and pump and walk/hobble carefully.I took the toe cover padding off from the toe area and used as an extra pad inside the wrap. Such being three pads all inside boot wrap. Just watch out for all the velcro as it grabs everything but when wrapped the velcro serves very well.Design - pretty good. The 4 strap model is more ideal for me than the 3 strap model. The sole is reasonably quiet when walking and very grippy. Top strap is a little long and would be good if the manufacturer would make the top strap 3 inches shorter.Durability - already lasted longer, by ways of bladder is not leaking, than another brand. So all going well.All in all a good designed boot.

I gave this item 4 stars all because of the bad design on the velcro! I'm waiting for a replacement, because it has barely lasted a month! Otherwise, this walker boot is fantastic!! I have been in a boot since July and this is my 3rd (well 4th d/t this last issue) boot I've used, i wish I had had it way sooner! I love that it covers my toes, it's quite comfortable and the bottom has a great grip for the wintery weather. It has a foam pc that goes over the top of the foot for comfort too! I think if the company just fixes the poor design of the velcro (where the flaps connect over eachother) this boot is a 5 star! I also bought this a size up because of the swelling and wrapping after my last surgery, it worked great!!

Thr boot is great and is very stable. I was even able to use it in Michigan cold and snowy winters. But as the title states, the pump now self deflates as soon as it is pumped up. Worked great for the first 2 weeks though.Update: Was contacted by the seller after they read my review and due to the deflate issue, they offered a full refund. I highly recommend this seller and boot. The socks were great too.

Bought this boot for wife after ankle surgery, she says it has better compression and support than the one from the doctors office

Sorry, but I returned it because it was too complicated to wear. I wish the creator would make it easy so that all we have to do is put our broken foot in and close the velcro and voila - just like magic. This one you have to figure out which one goes where and what. I apologize for the 1 star. Sorry.

This boot was the best purchase after twisting and spraining my ankle. I could not walk the pain was awful and I needed to go to work. I ordered this boot after reading reviews and I am so glad I did!! It’s sturdy, protective and supportive the sock that’s came with it is so comfortable. Only wearing it 2 days but for the price if it gets me through a week I will be very pleased!

I rolled my ankle the day before my birthday, so I was in a lot of pain & could barely put pressure on it. I had to stay in my AIRBNB all that day, so I ordered the boot for next day delivery. It came right on time. I put it very easily after reading the directions & some of the reviews. It worked! I was able to have the support I needed to enjoy my vacation. I like how the blue pump tightens around my foot for extra support. The only thing I didn't like was that the velcro at the top where it closes was ripped. I didn't want to return it because I needed it for my vacation. I'll try to fix it myself.
