The media could not be loaded. Everyone loves this hat! It did disconnect a few times inside the cloth, and the little paws started to rip but it could’ve been from the constant pulling on them. It helps a lot with my daughter being anxious in public.

I was afraid that it would require batteries but it is powered by and air pump. Supper fun.
