SpacEver Vibration Plate...
I like this SpacEver Vibration Plate. It came packed in styrofoam and in a medium-sized cardboard box. It also came with a power cord (this is not a rechargeable device), 2 straps (that are optional to use), a controller (that needs 2 AAA batteries, which were not included), and a direction booklet. My rough measurements of this plate were: 24 inches across x 14 inches wide x 4.5 inches deep/tall. I did have a bit of trouble getting this to work with the remote at first, and discovered that I hadn't pushed the power cord all the way into the device, so that was my fault. The easiest way for me to get going with this was to use one of the "Automatic Program" settings, which was the lowest setting of P1 for me. I'm middle-aged and prefer low-impact exercises, and this setting was fine for me. Not too jarring or anything. It looks like all the Automatic Settings operate for 10 minutes, according to the chart in the direction booklet. And by the end of that time my muscles were definitely looser. It's kind of fun to move around and see how different positions affect how far up my body the vibration will go (with locked knees, I feel the vibration all the way up to my head, for instance). I'm just getting started with this, but it's working well so far. It's also painless, feels kind of nice, and is easy to do. I'm hoping it will help with weight loss, but I found articles online that say vibration can also be beneficial for arthritis pain, blood circulation, and bone density.

Nice, but has a slight fault.
So far, I've done 4 sessions on it, and have formed a pretty good opinion of it. This is my 2nd vibe plate, and I was looking for one to put in my garage when this came up to review. My other one is in the basement, I use it while I watching TV. Some of my workout equipment is in the basement, and the stuff that won't fit (like my heavy bag and Olympic bars) are in the garage. And vibe plates are heavy, even when I'm working out I don't want to lug it up and down the stairs, lol.So I put it in my garage and have been using it pretty religiously since I got it, as I'm a big fan of vibration plates already, and have owned my other one for years. I was impressed right away with the power it has - despite being 1/2 the cost of my other vibration board, I would say it has probably 80% of the power of my other one, which is actually really good for a plate costing half. Suffice to say, you won't be disappointed with the power it has, it's very capable. In terms of adjustability, this blows my old plate away. My other plate has a speed range of 1-60, whereas this one from SpacEver has a speed range of 1-99. That's quite a few adjustments and should make it easy for you to find a speed to your liking. The deck padding is nice and comfortable, and the magnet / bump thingies actually feel good on your bare feet. I...don't think they're removable, however, at least I haven't figured out a way. Figure on them being a permanent fixture. Size-wise, it's pretty compact for a balance board, and fits in spaces my other one can only DREAM about, lol. But even though, I didn't have any problems unless I tried to spready my stance crazy-wide. It's actually managed to strike a very pleasant medium between usable size and compactness for storage, and if you're looking for a plate that's sized just so, this fits the bill.I did find one unfortunate fault with it, and I'm not sure exactly where the problem lies, but I suspect it's a problem with the board logic in the board itself. I couldn't in any way change the timer setting. Not by using the remote, not by using the time button on the board itself, the only thing it does is a 10 minute countdown, which it displays on one side, along with 88, which I presume to be some kind of error code? But, here's the thing. In terms of problems? It's really the most...minor problem I think a product could have. In fact, it hasn't affected the usability of the plate at all, except that I can't change the timer. If I want to go longer than 10 minutes, say, I want to do 15, I just have to start it up again when it gets to 0. Everything else works. The power, speed buttons, all that works just fine, and the odd problem with the timer being unchangeable from 10 minutes doesn't seem to have affected any other part of the plate at all. It's such a small problem that I don't think I'd even return it if I paid full price for it. It's that minor and otherwise transparent an issue. So don't think it in any way means I don't recommend this, I actually do, despite this very minor fault. I have a feeling that if the manufacturer isn't yet aware of the problem, they are now thanks to my review, and they'll probably correct the issue on future vibration plates. At least, that's what they should do, because they have an otherwise very decent vibration plate for the money here, and at the fantastic cost this is priced at, they should sell a lot of them. So, the summary is, this is a lot of vibration plate for the money. Everything about it is pretty darn good, from the power to the build quality to the storability. Even the remote is really nice, better than my other plate in fact. Just know that it has an odd little fault with the timer circuit that limits it to 10 minute sessions at a time. Of course, you can always hit the stop button, it works just fine. If you want to do more than 10 minutes, you just have to hit start after the timer runs out. No biggie, and as I said, it'll probably be fixed.4 stars, and a recommended buy.

Shake it up!
I am recovering from an injury and a friend mentioned that a vibration plate may help stimulate blood circulation so I decided to try it out. It is easy to use, you can use the buttons on the device or use the remote. For me, the vibration feels like a massage when I am sitting. It adds a balance challenge that engages my muscles more when I use it for exercise. Overall, it is multipurpose and would make a great gift for the holidays!

Convenient and Easy to Store
This exercise machine is pretty amazing. I wasn’t sure how it could help me exercise just by standing on it, but I could feel my leg muscles (especially my calves) working really hard when I turned it on.The machine is easy to set up. It comes with instructions, so you know all the features and how to use the remote and settings. The cable is long enough that I don’t need to use an extension chord. I use it while I work in my office (I have a standing table). The machine is small enough that it can be tucked under a desk. It doesn’t take up a lot of space. It’s great for getting exercise, especially if you work from home or can’t get to the gym. It really helps to wake up your muscles in the morning and get your blood flowing.

Not a fan of the nubs on the top plate.
The steel knobs/ nubs on the top make it very uncomfortable to use barefoot. All of my other exercise/ sauna/ detox/ redlight, etc is barefoot so I need to put on shoes just for this one device. It is frustrating because the steel nubs serve no purpose, and they are painful to the feet. They are just a gimmick, like the included elastic bands. The bands don't go with this machine, they are just random bonus resistance bands. As far as function, this vibration plate works as expected. The remote works fine as well. Just plan to wear shoes on this one.
