Perfect for hummus
Very good quality chockpeas.You just need to be patient and soak the chickpeas at least for three days and boil for an hour. I made hummus with these and it was delicious! Homemade humnus lasts for a week and extremely healthy and versatile. Thanks be to Booths!

I have used Chick peas for many years both abroad and in England. I have now been cooking these, from Booths, for two and three quarter HOURS!!!! still hard....cost a fortune in electricity
