I could not find the Healthy Shape Benefiber in my local stores. I was glad I could find it here. I have used it before and I will order again.

Dissolves better than Metamucil
So far I like it! It dissolves completely into your beverage. There's no aftertaste or weird texture. I was taking Metamucil and I felt I had to rush to drink it because it would thicken anything you put it in. I haven't taken it long enough to notice any benefits but so far om enjoying it.

Does not make me feel full
I can't complain too much about getting the extra fiber in my diet, but for me it does not cause the "full" feeling that it primarily advertises. It is very easy to mix into drinks and does not have any flavor though.
