Yeah - works...
Unit works with iPhone 7 with case. The suction mount is very sticky and difficult to remove from the windscreen. The suction actually comes with some slight sticky substance (not glue... So don't worry about it getting stuck) in it - so sticks very well. I give it 5 stars, although slightly concerned about the top mounting section (the part that slides up/ down to secure the phone in position) as this feels less secure that the rest of the unit. Slightly more than I wanted to pay at about £30, but at present works well. You pay you money and take your chance, and you do get what you pay for - in this product a quality unit.

Great design, good quality.
There are some people saying this doesn't fit the iPhone 6/6 plus in other reviews around Amazon. It does. There are also some who seem to struggle using one hand to fit their phone, not sure why. It may require having a functioning brain to use it correctly, but the spring loaded clamp at the top can be adjusted to fit. On the back there are two locking clips. If they are released, the clamp can be moved up or down to accommodate the larger phones. Don't forget that this is a spring loaded clamp, so don't set it too high or it won't grip your phone. Also, when putting your phone into the dock if you have no case on it, push the top of your phone against the clamp at the back, then jump it forward a couple of notches before lifting the clamp and fitting the phone. This will ensure it sits straight onto the connector, and not at an angle(which will require two hands to push it onto the connector, and strain it). If you have a case, you may need to have it sitting right against the back (Otter Box or other chunky case), or just one notch forward for slimmer cases. This is after all a universal dock, allowing the use of your phone with nearly any sized case. All in all I think this is one of the best conceived and produced docks I've seen (and I've had a few over the years). Once set up to the correct position for your device, it is easy to fit and remove the phone with one hand (you just need to use your brain to start with, but once you've got it sitting in the right place, and you know where it fits best, it's easy), unless you're trying to do it while ripping along and 100mph, then you're just an idiot anyway.

Good Quality
Having had a previous iBolt holder and been fairly pleased with the quality I thought I'd upgrade to this one, especially as I have recently changed from a Samsung phone to an iPhone 6. The overall quality is good although as others have said putting it in and out with one had is easier said than done but that's not really a major issue. I have found that with or without a case the connector doesn't always make a perfect connection with the phone and needs a bit of 'persuasion' to get it to sit properly and therefore to charge as well. Again, it is a bit of a nuisance but I can live with that. I only installed it in my car a short while ago and decided to make use of the cable holders on the back of the unit to keep the cable tidy. However, although I believe I haven't touched the cable since, somehow the cable has become kinked and broken. I can't fathom how this could have happened. It worked fine for a recent trip from Kent to Nottingham but when I put my phone into the holder for the return journey it wouldn't charge properly. At first I didn't notice the breakage in the cable until I arrived home and investigated further as to why it wouldn't charge. I am completely mystified how it could have broke. Hopefully the attached photos show this. I would very much like the seller to send me a replacement cable if possible. I can see that the cable can be removed so I can use another cable in the meantime.

Brilliant
This sticks really well on the windscreen. Really powerful suction cup. The charging plug is integral and can be operated with one hand. The setting for the iPhone6 plus releases the tension on the spring so it's set for the larger phone. Even the charging plug can be made longer and streamline by taking off a rubber boss so even the thickest phone cases can be left on whilst in the dock.Could do with a lever to push up and off the charger when removing the phone from it as it can get quite tight to get off.Apart from that it's the perfect dock to charge, hold, use your phone as a sat nav or windscreen cam!

You'll struggle to beat it!
I've had this cradle for over a year now, used every day and have never had a problem with it. It suits both iPhone 5c/S and my GFs 6s of which she's just got me to order one for her car. I would highly recommend reading the instruction manual about spring tension adjustments so you don't overstrain the mount (thus causing it to snap as per someone else's broken cradle).

Charging cord too short
This phone holder was a good buy apart from the charging lead is way too short especially if you want to attach it to the side of the window or dash board the cord struggles to reach over to the USB on the centre console.

Probably one of the best
A bit pricey but well worth it. It really is very well made and does the job its supposed to. Just be aware that the base pad is a bit sticky (This is what makes it adhere to most surfaces) and will pick up any specks of dirt.

Fantastic iphone Dashboard holder
I used this on a Toyota Camry in the US and was delighted with it. Hold the iphone bang in place and is very adjustable. The charging lead is nice and long too.
