It's XL. This shirt fits rather roomy, usually I can wear a 2 XL but if I ordered this shirt in a 2XL I could use it as a car cover for my pick up truck. But its a great shirt. Im 6", 225 lbs. and XL is a little roomy but it ok.

Q: How does it shirt fits? if i use large, should i get a medium? i know that this brand usually fits longer...

I'm 6'1" ~ 200lb and right between a small and a medium. (I typically wear large t-shirts/button downs) My shoulder width pushed me into the medium in almost all the PFG shirts. The shirt can be a little long, but not terrible.

Q: The headline says cotton, but the description says "100% Synthetic Fibers." What's up with that?

The shirt is 100% cotton, but the mesh under the back flap is synthetic

Q: is this small, mediim, laerge, extrra large, etc. etc.?

I ordered an extra large and it was really long. Be aware of that when ordering.
