The Beatit BT-G18 jump starter works great so far. I have only jump started a 4cylinder a couple times and one v8 but it worked perfect and only dropped the charge to 83% after all the jumps combined. I would like to try it on light duty diesel just to see how it holds up but have not yet had the chance.I did notice that when you hook it up if the battery is not completely dead you have to try to crank the vehicle then let off and try again and on the second try it will have power. If the vehicle is completely flat you have to press the button on the side of the gray cable end for a few seconds then it will click and suddenly you will have power. I did try leaving this on a dead battery turned on to run the accessories however after few minutes it shut off so apparently it doesnt work for supplying constant power.The wireless charge feature works good and charges via cable just fine as well. There is a port on the side that indicates 12V/10A I assume is an output an maybe they make accessories for but not sure what.I do however give this only 4 stars because in the product description it shows a cable end with a volt meter on it in addition to little longer cable leads, this kit does not come with that option it is just a plain gray end with not very long cable leads. Apparently there is a "Pro" version that might for the same cost, had I known I would have just purchased that instead.Over all good product, only change I would make would be updating description to let you know you're not getting cable ends with a volt meter in them and also making the mesh side in the case a closable section with a zipper. Some times when opening the case a cable end or the charger will fall out.

I bought one of these about six months ago as an emergency jump start for may car and was so impressed that I just bought another one for my motorcycle. While I never needed to use it to jump my car, I was able to help two others that had dead batteries, including a large 4x4 truck. It started them both with ease. I also used it to jump start my riding lawn mover every week during the summer rather than buying a new battery for it. It is that easy to use. Also during all this time the jump start battery only went down to 28% and it recharged quickly. It has now just sat without being used in my car for 6 weeks and it still reads 99%. So that is why I bought another one to take with me on the road on my motorcycle. You can see why I believe this to be a great must have product.

Received the Beatit 2000 Amp, 21000mAh jump starter very promptly. It appears well made, and comes with a nice, zippered, hard case that is compact but still holds all the parts including: the jumper battery, car battery cables, USB cable for charging itself or phones, the small but complete owner's manual, and the wall charger. There is also room inside the case for a cable with a lighter socket that plugs into the jumper battery to operate any device with a 12 volt lighter plug that I ordered along with the jumper.When the package arrived, it included a card with instructions on how to receive a free pump to go with the jump starter. We have not yet received the pump, but the company was prompt in assisiting us with instructions to claim our free pump.I have not needed to jumpstart a car, because this is just for emergencies, and peace of mind when camping, but the remote phone charging will be my main use. The unit arrived with 94% full charge on the indicator. I charged my Pixel 2 phone rapidly and it seemed to work just like my fast charger that came with the phone, and only reduced the charge on the jumper a few percent.The unit itself can be charged in a vehicle with the same USB cable that charges phones, and also plugs into the wall charger.

The product is fine, except my device arrived without the A/C charger. I am forced to charge with the USB, which is very slow. Beatit product is still working as advertised. I tried contacting customer service to ask about A/C chargers and warranty information. After about ten emails back and forth, I have given up as I am mentally exhausted trying to work with this company. They never answered any of my questions, nor did they provide any details on the warranty coverage details. The only responses I get back are some unrelated, uninformed, and unhelpful comments. They are good at taking money, thanks to Amazon, but don't expect anything beyond that.

Works exactly as described. Build quality is what you would expect at this price point. Will jump a small car 3-8 times depending on how long you keep it on for, and a large v8 2-5 times. Keep in mind this is from completely dead, you’d get more if your battery has some voltage left.The included case is excellent. Durable and fits the product well.The wireless charging works well, granted it seems to be only about a 5w wireless charge.The type c is really nice over the micro usb, charges much quicker and is more durable.The only complaint I have is the jumper cables have a rather bulky protection circuit at the end.

I have 1 of the big jump packs that's so big, I don't leave it in the car because I don't want something that big rolling around in my trunk because of what it may crush or what might happen if the power switch gets bumped on. This solves all of that. This thing really seems like a beast for all the bigger it is. It's a powerful unite that I'll always have with me. I can even easily put it in my bike's saddlebag with no problem. It's very well made and I love the cordless phone charging feature, not to mention the corded charging. This thing's just awesome. And it comes with a pretty good warranty. And maybe i shouldn't mention this, because i don't know if their still doing it. But for simply buying this, i'm getting another useful thing for this as a gift for purchasing it. THANK YOU BEATIT!!!!! EASILY worth 5 stars ! Maybe even 6 😁
