The media could not be loaded.  Arrived in 2 boxes - the frame and top canvas and a box with the sides. The sides box stated “standard sides” even though the advert and order were for heavy duty. Delivery driver said to ignore what was on the box. Unpacked today and the sides are very thin however they felt “plasticy “ so we thought oh well this must be right. Put the gazebo up then it started raining. Inside is soaking wet (see pic and video) - you’ll also see at the end of the video that the sides are really thin! For the price paid, and the reviews I really thought I was getting a good quality gazebo. I just wish I hadn’t bothered - I am so upset by how wet everything is inside. They are definitely NOT as advertised.UPDATE TO REVIEW: manufacturer not at fault for item and Amazon have refunded me so I am able to go to manufacturers website and order the correct sides. Overall happy with outcome but do check the sides on delivery

I’m writing this as we are putting away our gazebo for the winter. We love it. We have had it for 3 summers and left it up from April to September. We bought the sides but haven’t used them. The guy ropes have needed replacing a couple of times. We feed our small grandchildren under it in all weathers to reduce indoor mess. We have enjoyed entertaining our friends under it too. Altogether one of our best ever buys.

We bought this for our church stall at the local carnival in a couple of weeks time. I was a bit dubious as it seemed a very cheap price for such a big gazebo.Well what can I say... we've just put it up in the garden to try it out and it's fantastic! Feels really good quality materials and fabric, and it was a breeze to put up and down. We are thrilled with our purchase and it will be a great resource for our church, hopefully for many events to come!

I bought this tent to use in the garden for a family party this weekend.It set up easily and quickly.I then put up the decorations and set up the lights and sound and heating.The party went well and when it was over i simply shut everything off and left it until the next day,safe in the knowledge that it was 100% waterproof.Except it wasnt.It rained overnight and every single side panel is porous,water running down all four walls.The roof was fine though.Everything was wet or damp,the water was getting whipped off the wall panels when the wind rippled them and was all over the electrical things,except the heater which was mounted on the roof bars.The laser,the fog machine,the party light,the big pa speaker/karaoke system,all full of water.Thank God it didn't rain while the party was on.I contacted the manufacturer and they said get in contact with Amazon,as they are the seller.No explanation offered as to why this happened,no offer of compensation for the water damaged electrical,no apology either.Disgraceful customer service.

Initially bought this for a party in March. Having called the supplier to confirm it was the one with the heavy duty sides when it arrived it had the lightweight ones! One call to the supplier and the new, correct sides were sent and the wrong ones collected.Set the gazebo up which to be fair was a bit of a faf the first time maybe taking an hour but once it was up and we had worked out the process it was obvious that it was going to be a really good and sturdy structure. The party was a great success and the following day it came back down and was packed into the supplied storage bag which promptly split at one end. Another call and a new bag was sent with no questions.The second time we used it I put it up on my own in about 20 minutes and it was than used for another outdoor event on a very wet and windy day with no problems. The weight of the structure combined with the supplied weight bags once filled with sand make it really robust.All in all and despite the couple of issues I will be buying another one soon to replace my other old gazebo that is lightweight and shoddy in comparison.Thoroughly recommended!

The colour of the blue is lovely, had lots of lovely comments from our guests, have put it up and down a few times now, we truly love this extra space we have gained.

This is our second gazebo 3m x 4.5 our first one broke but was our fault.. really sturdy and we use it loads .. we still use old one aswell but done a bodge fix ! Would really recommend!

We considered the Gazebo was okay for the price. The canopy was strong, reasonably well made. And yes waterproof. A small hole which I patched with gaffer tape. Not too concerned. It stood up well to the storms and torrential rain in June. We did not get chance to take it down! I used Caravan awning guys with tension springs on the end and the weights on the leg's. It suvived 25mph wind and rain, moving with it. No walls in place.Sadly one bad point that annoyed me. Shown on my photo. One of the outside struts was fractured at the pivot point. We needed the awning, so had to make do with a temporary 'splint' to survive the party**.
