Works Great easy to use, chrome looks nice
Had to replace existing Kitchen sprayer because sprayer hose sprun a leak. Now It wasn't that easy to install because we have a deep sink and the hose attachment is in the back, so it was all by feel only! But thats our sinks fault. This sprayer has STD 1/4 inch male fitting. Comes with small roll of sealant. Once It was on it works good. Sprayer hose is easy to pull out, its extralong and the high setting at full blast is pulsing so It can be used to clean dishes.

Good handle & ergonomics
I've replaced my kitchen side sprayer 3 times before. Always a different brand, always the same result: Sprayer would stick "on" and no practical way to disassemble for cleaning. They all had a trigger or button for index finger, and that's what would stick. Soaking the whole unit was annoying and only lasted a while. This Hibbent model has a better plunger style and my wife loves the dual spray/stream option. And for those of you who can turn a screw, I DID install this on a 'quick-connect' system, the kind others said is incompatible, by cutting off my old 3/8" hose (leaving 2") and inserting a 3/8" barbed hose adapter into it that had male threads for the new connection. Cost me maybe $2 from Ace. Oh, and a small hose clamp, 50 cents. Easy.Don't let their negative reviews stop you. This is a good, decent sprayer, and it isn't hard to install, regardless of your existing setup.

Split at seam
UPDATE: I was able to contact customer service and received a replacement. It’s a newer version with more adapters and is holding up well so far.Like other reviewers have said, the sprayer split at the top seam and now leaks water every time you turn on the water. Installed less than 6 months.

Works perfectly
I had a hard time diagnosing the problem I was having: When I turned on my kitchen faucet, water would come out the sprayer without me depressing the spray lever. I thought it was the diverter valve, so I replaced that with no effect. I thought I was going to have to replace the entire faucet, but decided perhaps it was only the sprayer that was defective. I was able to sometimes get the old one to work but inconsistently and to frustrating effect (I got sprayed several times). The new sprayer arrived and rather than replacing the entire assembly, I just unscrewed the sprayer head and screwed it onto the existing hose at the sink. It now works perfectly again, after a week of hair pulling. However, I did avoid paying a plumber, who undoubtedly would have replaced the entire assembly and charged me $200 plus another $100 for parts. Instead, I paid $25 for this, though I suffered perhaps $200 worth of irritation.

Manufacture defect
The media could not be loaded. It failed, again. I have had 3 now. They spray great but the same leak is still a problem. I can’t continue to support a product that lasts less than a year, regardless of how great the customer service is. It’s gone from inconvenient to a hassle.I really like this sprayer and want it to work so bad! Unfortunately, it didn’t last long at all. There is a manufacturing defect with either the ingredients of the the plastic or the fusion of each part of the sprayer (sprayer is molded in pieces. With my sprayer, the leak started under the chrome plating. I believe this is how the back of the sprayer splitting begins. If you watch the video I made, you can see water leaking from the seam of the plastic and where the chrome meet. I read other reviews about how this sprayer can/does leak and my symptoms match. theyHow to check yours? We need to exploit gravity for this. Hold the sprayer horizontally. Loosen the connection between the sprayer head and the hose. Not a lot!! Just about as much in the photos I posted. Gently tighten the connection enough so the flat seal comes in contact with the end of the sprayer and the hose doesn’t move in and out, but you can see where the plastic and chrome meet on the sprayer head (picture with green arrow). Then turn your cold water on and watch for drops to form. If water is gushing out, turn the water off and snug the connection up a little bit. Now if you have no issues, no drops form. Move on with life. Go buy a lottery ticket!!If drops form at the hose end of the sprayer, two inner seals failed and they’re metric sized. If drops form on the connection between the sprayer and the metal threaded coupler… either the flat seal failed (not likely) or a defect is present.Without destroying the sprayer, (nondestructive inspection) there isn’t a way to see what the flaw is. It appears to me that the plastic has failed and is leaking between the chrome electro plating and the plastic sprayer body halves and the path of least resistance is between the two… Until it splits.Customer service is pretty responsive. They are making an effort and are working on replacement/ repair for me. Requested help before bed. Woke up to reply with instructions to move forward.
