I ordered this to keep a few aspirin and a Benedryl on-hand, unfortunately this is just too small. It can hold one Tylenol, or two Benedryl, but the aspirin are a little too big.If you only need a small, nicely made pill container, then this is it, but beware of the size.

Exactly was expected. Not too bulky on my key ring.

This hold my pills very discreetly. I have small pills and this is perfect. Nothing moves too much. No noise like little plastic holders. I have it on my keychain so always with me. It is a solid fit. The screw work’s well and is probably waterproof. At least resident but I haven’t tried to leave it submerged just to test the theory.

This is sturdy and nice quality especially for the price!

This is quite small. Probably best for nitro pills. Otherwise one capsule will fit.Nice so long as you don’t need much volume.

It's small. Asprin or Adderall does not fit.But it's well constructed. It would have to be a tiny pill or powder to fit.

Very nice pill holder however, the necklace was too short for me.
