I've got other play mats for my granddaughter which are tiny in comparison, so I really like the size of this.It comes nicely packaged in a box and also comes supplied with a handy storage bag.It's made from XPT foam meaning it's really nicely cushioned, so very comfy for baby to crawl on and for adults to sit on. Moreover, it's lightweight meaning it's easy to transport, especially when in the storage bag. It does need to be folded in a certain way to get it back in the bag, but this is easy enough for the user to figure out.I really like the fact that it's double-sided with the cute animals on one side and the foliage/abstract design on the other side. This offers great versatility as it can be used cute animal side up for little ones, and the abstract design side up for adults who might want to use it for yoga, picnics etc.The surface is wipe clean, although the included information leaflet states that oil and water based pen marks will be unable to erased, so something to be mindful of. The information leaflet also states that there might be a slight smell after opening, but I didn't notice any smell at all.In summary, I really like this mat due to its size, design, comfort, and versatility. As it's really nicely presented, it would make a great gift. Happy to recommend.

I found this a very good looking mat that is large enough for our two little ones to do what they need to do when they play.The mat has two different designs on each side and is nicely edged with protecting material. Some I have seen don't seem to have this and this causes it to chip away when getting caught on furniture.Thickness wise is excellent for them to do basic gym type rolls and jumps without being hurt and the the while thing is easy to fold away and place back in the supplied bag ready to be unpacked and used again.We leave it out as we have vinyl flooring and this mat seems to take the roll of a rug in the play room.The surface is easy to clean except there are deep creases which allow you to fold the mat. We have found these are dust and dirt magnets as we leave this mat out all the time. I don't feel this is a big deal and probably not an issue if you pack it away after use.I feel this is a good value mat based on how comfortable it feels, the large size and the storage bag provided.

This is the third playmat we’ve had for our 1 year old. We like the foldable design, you can use it either completely unfolded or half unfolded so it’s long and thin, depending on the space you have. We tend to have it smaller most of the time but unfold it when needed. It’s super easy to fold and store when required in the carry case.The design of this mat is quite simple and uses calming colours - it fits better into a family space in the home than some of the brighter coloured ones, and is double sided so you can choose which side you prefer.We have found the padding to be adequate and more comfortable to sit on that one of the other mats we have the has to be rolled out rather than folders.The mat seems hard wearing so far, there’s a couple of little nicks in the surface already, I can only assume a pointy toy has been sat or stood on! So not indestructible but think it will stand up to some wear and tear.

So there is scope for it to be competitive

I wish I was young again as I never had the luxuries on what a baby can get these days.There are no cons on this mat, its, soft, easy to place and adjust, lightweight and looks great.It's not bright, or dull, has a standard pattern that would fit into environment.It's been made of XPE, which is polythene and has an easy to wipe surface.

The media could not be loaded. This playmat is so bigger than I imagined. Also, it is so thick and sturdy. The packaging came in a decent sized carry bag. It is light weight but very sturdy. My 4-year-old accidentally poured some juice on the mat. Cleaning was super easy. The mat did not absorb any liquid into it. My 5-month-old son loves it I think lol. It’s so squishy and the texture of the imprinted animals on one say and nature on the opposite side are a nice sensory activity. My wife has said she will use it to do her exercising on it also. This will definitely serve its purpose. Will be great outside as a picnic barrier, too. Love that it comes in a simple carrying bag, too.

This is a great idea for babies who are crawling. It's a wipe clean play mat, large enough for them to crawl around on, yet fits in most rooms.Good for travel or visiting, when you're not sure how clean the floor is.Good for wooden and tiled floors as well, where the surface is hard and cold.It has a lovely design, and is easy to keep clean.Would make a lovely gift for someone with a new or small baby.
