I've had this for a month and a half and it is rusted. The base cap of the spigot is flimsy and splits. I didn't notice this, until I noticed that it had a big rust spot forming at the bottom the the split seam and creeping up it. I have this in a secondary bathroom, so it doesn't even get a high amount of usage.The glass bottle itself if beautiful, but the cap is junk. Very disappointed since I spent extra for this particular bottle and it's clearly not suited for what it is supposed to do.

This dispenser was pretty and matched perfectly in my bathroom but it's not good quality. The pump action is too stiff to use one handed so you have to use both hands or it will turn over. I had mine about 6 mos and the plastic top has cracked and the top is rusting. It's a pity that it's not made out of sturdier rustproof material because I really liked the look. I'll be looking for a replacement.

I ordered 3 glass soap dispensers from Amazon and this is the only one that has a true brushed nickel top. The others were quite shiny, even though they claimed to be brushed nickel.I'm very pleased with this dispenser. It's attractive and true in color.

Perhaps it is just the particular item I was shipped, but this dispenser, though lovely and well-built, does not function! It requires two hands to dispense soap - one hand to press the plunger and the other to catch the soap which spurts out approximately 4 inches beyond the nozzle. It also dispenses too much soap in each squirt. Because my husband is an engineer he was able to build a stopper so it no longer dispenses too much, but. the distance of the squirt is still an issue. Unfortunately, there is no way to take apart the mechanism to repair this. Keep searching!

It is a nice addition to our newly refinished bathroom (new sink and faucet etc). Nice swirled glass, not lightweight. The little glass plate underneath it was my grandmother’s. Not really necessary, but I like the look and it helps protect the fir counter that I spent so much time refinishing!

I wondered when I ordered this product as to whether it would really look as good as it does on the advertisement and the answer is yes! I am so happy that I took the chance and got this for my guest bathroom vanity. It has an elegant look to it. The glass is clear. It's not real heavy but you can tell when you hold it in your hand that it's of good quality. The pump is easy to use and works great. Again, so happy I ordered this!!! I am a very happy and satisfied customer. : )

We really like the match of this brushed nickel to our faucets. However, a light press sends soap squirting well beyond the palm of your hand. It is manageable if one remembers each time they use the dispenser. The manufacturer should increase the size of the hole of the spout. That fixes everything. Lacking that, or in addition to that, putting a more severe bend in the spout would direct the soap into the palm rather than across the length of the countertop.

A little on the pricey side, just a tad, but it is worth it. It feels like quality, and it has a beautiful design. The brushed nickel was really what we have been searching for to match the rest of our bathroom metals. This fit perfectly. So far, no issues using the pump. We use it every single day for the past 3 months, multiple times a day. No issues so far.
