Lost one of a more expensive ear plug and didn't want to spend as much. Figured I would try these and am very pleased. Just as good and you get more for your money. It doesn't stop all sound, which is fine, it stops things like annoying sounds to me like snoring or someone chewing . Blocks out neighbors dog barking and even fireworks. Helps me sleep. You can hear if someone is talking to you. But it is muffled. I am happy with purchase. The sizes are interchangeable. You will find one that fits your ear. They are comfortable for a side sleeper, no pain in the am . Light enough to forget you are wearing.

I didn't always have sensitive hearing but when I was in my mid 20s I recognized that loud noises and high pitched sounds "hurt". Also background noises became distracting and without noticing that I was doing it; I would drown out the background noise with music.Well, as a health care provider I can't really stick headphones into my ears to drown out all the noises from medical equipment. I needed something that would block enough sound to help me concentrate but still hear important alarms. I also wanted something that would be good quality and not break the bank.I decided to try these ear plugs out. I purchased the purple color. At first, I tried them out at work. They definitely Block alot of background noise. You can hear conversations but they are muffled so I don't have them in when I need to talk to someone. I honestly very rarely use them at work and find that I use them more at home or when I am out and about for activities.Just to give an example of how good they work, I had to reinstall my fire detector but they are so loud!!! At first i wasn't using them and the sound was so piercing I had to climb down the ladder and take a breath. But then I remembered my purple ear plugs!! I grabbed them and put them in and it was like i was immune to the sound! I could still hear the sound it was extremely faded and muffled and I was able to install the fire detector.I also work at night so I do sleep during the day when people are staring their day. I've used them when my neighbors mow their lawns or their outside dog decides to bark for 4 hours straight. They are especially helpful on my off days when I sleep with my husband who uses a Cpap machine. For the most part it's quiet and doesn't bother me but if he turns a certain way and the mask gets repositioned it can produce a very loud whooshing sound like air blowing down a tunnel. So they really help with loud noises and annoying background sounds.I don't go to concerts so I couldn't comment on how well they would be for that. I wouldn't wear them without someone being with you if you have to wear them while walking in a busy area like downtown while crossing a street or a festival. We still need our hearing to in certain situations to protect ourselves!I give these 4 out of 5 because they do the job for the price. I took 1 star off because even though it boasts 16 pairs. It's really only like 3 or 4 because the ear bud sized are large, medium, small, extra small.It would be more bang for the buck if you could choose your size and get 16 pairs of the size you wear.I would purchase again and I highly recommend for the price and quality! I've had these for a couple of months already and they do not irritated my skin and they have not gotten stuck in my ear. I like the little pull tab it is easy to place and remove from the ear. I've had foam ear plugs get stuck in my ear and with these I don't have that anxiety.I highly recommend!

I like how they come in different sizes to fit your ear canal shape. These plugs do a great job - they feel comfortable and block all the noises very well. Highly recommend.

I'm far from highly impressed. I got these because the reviews were so positive. I have a cage of 5 loud, squeaky cockatiels in front of my bed and they do decrease the noise but not by much. The cockatiels aren't being muffled out too well. I read they can decrease sound by -33 dB. It really doesn't sound/feel like it. They are only SLIGHTLY better than my $10 Walmart Skullcandy Jib wire earbuds when it comes to noise reduction. They don't help out too much at my warehouse job either. Lots of loud machine noises, trucks honking, and gears making funny noises, coworkers yelling, etc. HOWEVER, I have a tragus piercing and daith piercing in my ears. Earbuds sometimes give me problems with em' when it comes to the placement. I didn't have any issues with these though. I'm unsure if I will return them. Also, for a case idea, Dollar Tree has these little circular zip up cases. I just used that for a case since the two little black pod cases they came are... an unfavorable way to carry them.

Tengo el canal del oido MUY pequeño. He tenido que que comprar tapones para niños porque la mayoria de las marcas solo tienen esos 2 tamaños y este tiene 4 tamaños 🤩 los xs me quedan perfectos y lo recomiendo muchisimo para los que sean sensibles a los ruidos. Carga con ellos siempre y pontelos cuando estes en situaciones públicas. Disfrutarás más estar afuera con solo esto 🌻

Aíslan muy bien el sonido, son cómodos y si los colocas correctamente no se salen al dormir.

Perfect product, choose your size, you have 2 pairs and spares in other sizes that fit just as well. These are the most comfortable things I've put in my ear!
