These Venture Pal Sugar-Free Magnesium Glycinate Gummies taste good and do not stick to my teeth but I did not notice any improvement. Perhaps if I had taken them for longer than one month I would have noticed some benefit.

This is your basic magnesium worked great. I do enjoy that this is sugar free, it has become harder to find supplements that are actually sugar free so this was a positive for me.

Many benefits to magnesium glycinate like helping with restful sleep, muscle relaxation, etc and the convenience of gummy (quarter for size comparison) to get said benefits makes it more palpable for me. These are a lot grittier in person compared their pictures which can be problematic for my sensitive teeth needing to chew them daily and they don't come close to even smelling like synthetic watermelon- it smells and tastes like someone threw expired antacids into the texture machine used to finish making those old fashioned jelly candies. Kudos to making it zero sugar as I am also minding my sugars, but this batch didn't quite hit the mark for the intended flavor profile and because of the grit/flavor issues it became more of a struggle to want to keep them in my daily routine which resulted in them not being for me.

I like that these gummies provide a good serving of magnesium, as well as a few other complementary supplements, without having to take a bunch. Price seems reasonable as well. I should have paid more attention to the flavor, as I'm typically not a fan of watermelon flavored things, but these aren't too bad. The consistency is a little different than many gummies - closer to mochi - but that's not an issue, just a little unexpected. Overall happy and would recommend these to anyone looking for a magnesium gummy vitamin.

Unfortunately I didn't like these. They have an unpleasant, somewhat grainy texture, and the watermelon flavor is very artificial. I hate to waste them but I'm not sure I'll be able to finish the bottle.

Super easy way to take. I hate the powders you have to mix. They usually taste gritty and are unpleasant, plus you have to mix them.Pop a few gummies and you are set.Helps with my workout. I feel more energy, a little stronger and have a bit faster recovery time. I don't take many supplements, but thus is one you should take.
