Love the paddle, broke first day out

Not well designed shoulder-should dimension is not wide enough.
The paddle seems to be well constructed but the shoulder-to-shoulder dimension is too small. You should be able to hold a paddle at hands, shoulder width apart, but with this paddle the small - shoulder to shoulder dimension is too small and its both uncomfortable and inefficient for long paddles.Also- they do not know how to ship to Canada and I had to pay a lot of extra shipping costs in addition to the shipping costs I was charged by the company.
