Prepared for winter power outage now!
Got this last minute to prepare to survive power outages amidst a freeze w/iced over roads in Houston. Luckily I have not needed it for that purpose, but I tested it briefly outside at 28 degrees F and was perfectly warm and content (I do tend to be warm/hot, fyi). I definitely felt like the warmth would hold up for another 10 degree F temp drop, but those were just my feelings about it, not actual results. It is warm, cuddly, cozy and comfy and I feel very secure having this amidst our unreliable power system in Houston. Me and my darling kitty cat now have a place to go where all will be okay if the worst occurs, at least for down to 10 degrees F. Thank you Nemo for that incredible peace of mind.
