KasperWomen's Sleevless Sheath Dress with Notch Neckline

This was a great deal but I had to return it so sad because I had to pay more at a different retail it runs very small and I ordered a 18 women and I had to move up until a 20 women which Amazon didn't have my size but overall I love Kasper clothing line

Perfect size

Not meant for an hourglass figure / DD. Bra showed at under arm

shoulders and top of dress felt two sizes bigger then the lower half. weird!
