My previous vacuum attachment suddenly fell apart in my hand as the plastic was poor quality. I decided to buy another one and to my utmost surprise it felt apart in my hand as I took the item from the box, probably due to the same reason: poor quality plastic. I am too tired to return it. My warning to others: don’t bother to buy it as there is something fundamentally wrong with the material used to make these items.

Was a little stiff to interchange between the two options at first but perfectly fine after a few goes. Exactly the same as the shark attachment and so well worth buying rather than spending more on the branded attachment.

Delivered quickly but useless as locking mechanism didnt work.Prompt response from Spares2go & recieved a new tool in the post within 48hrs which seems to b ok but will need to see how it performs with regular use.No need to return the defective one so cant complain about the service.

Had to put tape arou nd brush to keep it still

Fantastic customer service, but brush is no way as good as my original one from shark.

This product only lasted a few months when it broke and doesn't work properly. Absolute waste of money. Terrible quality, all other brushed I have had in the past have last for several years on end. Do not waste your money.

Just what I needed. I'll probably get another one as a backup as I use this crevice tool all the time.

Fits my Shark however not as much suction as the original tool the vacuum came with. Also bristle adjust is stiff to slide up and down
