I really like this lamp. It's one of the only light sources in my room, but it does a very good job lighting the area. There are color and dimming switches on it, so it's not too bright, and the long surface area of the lighted section makes the light better diffused into the room, making it feel less like a spotlight. For working at a desk it works well too, because it will stretch over half of your desk directly downwards. Pointing straight up, it is support up to about the 5 foot mark, then the lighted section extends to just shy of 8 feet - nearly to the ceiling in most rooms.

I got this fantastic lamp for my art studio. It fits perfectly beside my art table and extends all the way across. It is super bright! It was super easy to install and works incredibly well. It has different temperatures and is easy to change by pressing the button on the base of the lamp. I am so very happy to have this as it is really helping lighting up my work space. Its a good deal at under $70. The only downside is I am not sure how or if the bulb can be replaced. I don't see any information on this in the description or with the product. Would still recommend especially for those that need targeted light source.

I'm so disappointed in this light. As the pictures I've provided will show, the control portion was popping out when I originally put it together. At first, I thought it was no big deal and figured it just came out during shipping and I went to pop it back in. After popping it back in, it came right back out. I then begin to look at it a little more closely and that's when I realize that it's popping out because it doesn't quite fit. It may be difficult to see on the picture I provided but the control panel doesn't quite fit correctly. The control panel is uneven and it won't sit flush and that's why it continues to pop out.Okay, that's annoying but it's not a huge deal and nothing I can't solve. I then plug in the light and I attempted to put the light on the brightest setting and then became very disappointed when I realized it was on the brightest setting. I was disappointed because it wasn't very bright at all. The main light in the room was outshining it to the point that there was a shadow from this light due to the main light in the room outshining it.For the price, I don't see the value. It is nice that it can be extended but unless you're in a completely dark room, I don't know that it will be very effective. I cannot recommend this item.

I would guess in other a minute. It is basically just screwing 3 sections together. The base if very solid and heavy enough so that the lamp is not tippy at all. That was a potential concern for me.One reviewer said this light wasn't bright, I have to wonder if they scrolled through the dimming options, because I found the high setting very bright. I like that it allows you to change to light temperature (color). Some prefer warm lighting, some prefer cold, this gives you options. I kind of like all the controls right on the light, such as this one offers. No looking for a remote and no bending down to control it at the cord.If I had to say one thing that I don't like about the light and why I took a star off, is the glare from it. Most lights have "dead spots", where a shade or a portion of the light is blocking light from being seen, when walking around it. This light would be just fine super dim for mood lighting, but at full brightness if you aren't sitting under it reading, it's rather glaring as you walk around the room. I may try to build a half moon shade for it, I think that would help quite a bit. I have two desk lamps similar to this floor lamp that I love, but the lights are shielded so that they only shine down.All in all I do like it, I think its well made, easy to put together and lots of nice features. Unlike most low end "rod floor lamps", these threads seemed really tight. I don't expect them to come loose, like I have had happen with similar lamps.

This LED floor lamp works great for my wife's make up table. It is in a room with no natural light and this is just what she needed. It is rather easy to assemble. Has 5 color temperatures ranging from 3000K to 6500K and 9 levels of adjustable brightness that can easily be adjusted with the touch panel on the side of the bottom portion of the pole. It stands 59 inches tall and the light portion which is 31.5 inches itself being 90° vertically adjustable.However she did notice that after about 15 minutes or so of use that the touch panel gets rather warm other than that it seems to be doing a great job giving her much needed lighting. I feel it is reasonably priced.

Simple design with great lighting. Flat black so should match most design/style decoration.Was extremely easy to assemble. Just 3 parts that screw together and the plug.The light bar is quite long and positions can be adjusted up/down and side to side.There are 5 shades to pick from varying from bright white to warm yellow. There are several options for brightness.This has been a wonderful addition to my crafting corner.I pull the wand closer to my area and I have adequate lighting without having to turn on all the overhead lights.Controls are on main pole and flat. They are very touch sensitive so very easy to change settings or turn off/on.
