I’ve used this everyday, multiple times a day since I bought it! I’m even thinking about bringing it with me when we travel! Super easy to use, bright display, mute button, auto turnoff, won’t boil if there’s no water, looks so good in my kitchen, easy pour spout. The sides and spout do get hot so be careful touching the actual kettle when pouring.

This is a well-made gooseneck kettle that looks great on my countertop. Performance is good on bringing water to a boil from fridge temperature, about three minutes and twenty seconds near sea level when filled to the Max line. This takes considerably less time to get to temp when not filled fully. There is also a safety mechanism within kettle itself that will make an audible click and mechanically switch off the heating element if the kettle is empty.Button navigation is mostly straight forward, with only a few options I had to look up within the manual to get a better understanding on how it worked. The manual is well illustrated and is easy to read and follow. Options such as switching from Fahrenheit to Celsius are available, as well as a handful of common temperatures for teas and coffees that can be cycled through. There is also an option to have the kettle hold temp for a period of time before powering off. This is nice when going back to brew more. There does not appear to be an option for setting a custom temperature, however the heating element can be stopped when a desired temperature is met, and the temp reading will continue to track the current state of the kettle.This is one of the features this kettle has that my previous one does not: a digital display for temperature. This is great as my previous kettle had individual buttons for temperatures and after many years the labels have worn off. The buttons on this kettle seem like they will hold up well to a lot of use and have a nice copper plated texture on them.As for the handle, it feels to be plastic and does not transfer any of the heat through the handle, so is safe to hold without a towel or gloves. The cap holds well on top of the kettle, and steam escapes through a few vent holes at the top of the kettle near the lid.I think this kettle is a great choice. It is stylish, functions well, and feels high quality to look at and use. One thing I would recommend right away is making use of the mute button. The beep feedback is not too loud, but some mornings before coffee it just feels like a welcome change to start the day.

Its a really nice looking goose neck kettle. I like the matte black color. Very easy to operate with simple preset buttons and bright LCD screen. It feels pretty decent quality. Boiling is fairly quick as well. I feel a U shaped handle would be more sturdy. Also the gooseneck makes pouring hot water nearly spill free.

Just didn't like it the pout,just didn't do it for us! but it worked

This works really well but the inside already has rust spots after only a couple months of use. It may be because of the water we have but it is disappointing. It heats well and fast. There is the option to keep it at the temp you set for an hour I believe. Happy with it overall. It looks pretty as well.
