Automatic door closer
My back garage door closer needed to be replaced as it no longer works properly, xfort door closer was easy to fit, easy to adjust,solidly made and weather proof. I would recommend this product to anyone.

High quality
There is nothing wrong with this product, but due to some pipes running across the top of the door, I could not fit the unit. However, the quality appears to be very high, and the installation instructions straightforward. Delivered as promised. Thank you

Fitted 2 of these to heavy fire doors. Very easy to fit and set up.

Seems to work well…….so far.
I’ve only just fitted this so can’t comment on how it operates so far……couple of issues:1. The top arm screws split the top of the door frame (see photo) not sure if it’s my old doorframes as the house was built 1930’s. All the screws are fairly full on so, I’ll downsize them slightly and reinstall.2. The closing mechanism doesn’t quite fully close the door. I used the EN2 standard setting as my doors are only 800mm wide but I’ll change this to EN3 when I reinstall, I’ve also got another 2 to fit so I’ll fit these at EN3 as well as this had the mechanism slightly further away from the door hinges and gives an extra push which will help close the door fully. I can only surmise that as there is a little friction between the carpet and the bottom of the door may be preventing the door fully closing, I’d advise that you check that the bottom of your door is absolutely friction free if your using EN2.

Did not work.
The door closer did not adjust, it stayed on full power whatever I did with the adjusters, I sent them back and used some rising butt hinges, these were much easier to install and did the job perfectly.
