It should no problem, it fit and worked great in my 2022 GT.

Q: Where is this spring located? At the pedal?

Above the clutch pedal. You have to depress the clutch to get the stock spring out and to install this one. There are youtube videos on the installation of the spring.

Q: Does this fit on a gt 350 2017

It does. I love it on my Gt350 better feel on the clutch.
