I used this J-B Weld SuperWeld Glue first on my walking cane — a heavy metal handle that screwed into a metal tube. The original connection was a bit loose, so I added just two tiny drops of glue on the thread. It bonded instantly and now holds rock solid — no wobble, no movement, even after the cane fell a few times. Later I used it again to attach small metal caps to my bathroom sink — metal to ceramic — where there’s always moisture and water around. I cleaned and dried the area first, glued the caps, and they’ve stayed firmly in place ever since. The glue hasn’t softened or failed despite constant humidity. It sets fast, has no strong odor, and forms a clear, strong, waterproof bond. Excellent product for quick, durable fixes — absolutely five stars from me!

I have two cast metal O gauge model train couplers that I found in boxes I had purchased on eBay. Once I got past my anger, I moved onto repair. I cleaned both sides of the broken parts with acetone and a tooth pick and wiped them clean. I then applied a well know two part epoxy and let them set and dry. After they had set overnight I tested them with finger pressure only. One set held, but the second set failed instantly. I then checked Amazon for metal to metal bonding agents and found JB Weld Superbond Professional glue. I had used JB weld in the past to fix a broken bathroom cast light fixture, but that was a two part epoxy that worked very well. But this was a new JB Weld product that I was unfamiliar with. It is a cyanoacrylate based product that is fast drying. I cleaned both parts, again with acetone and scraped them with the tip of a toothpick to soften and remove the old epoxy and wiped them clean with a clean cloth. I then applied the JB Weld Superbond professional to both ends of the break and simply hand held them in place for about 5 minutes maintaining continuous pressure. I then released the pressure and let the part sit for about an hour and shook it gently. No movement. The package says it fully cures in 24 hours. Well being an impatient sort, I got up the next morning, 19 hours later and applied pressure to both sides of the break, half expecting instant failure. I was pleasantly surprised to find the joint was rock solid. I was amazed that two small cast metal pieces could be bonded with such strength! This “JB Weld Superweld” is amazing and worth a try!

J-B Weld 33120H SuperWeld Glue - Clear Super Glue - 20g (batch 219199) Glue is unusable; completely dried out. Easy return/refund, but I needed it for a project that was planned. So instead of moving forward with the project, I had to run out and buy superglue. Not a big deal, just inconvenient. That being said, I gave 4 stars because this is a great product and works well when not dried out. I ended up buying the same thing at the store. Moral of the story is to check the product when you receive it to make sure you are not getting an old batch.

Bought this to repair a cracked taillight on my truck. After nudging the two pieces back in place, where they were, I layered this SuperWeld glue on the crack, hoping that where there were gaps, it might seep in on its own and harden afterwards… It eventually did, about 18 hours later but I noticed that where it had seeped in, there looked to be some open gaps, so I layered another coating over the first layer and let it set for another 24 hours, which it seemed to be nice and cured. Reinstalled the taillight in my truck, ops checked good, and now just to watch that water won’t find its way in… The repairs a bit noticeable, but the glue dried clear, and it was a lot cheaper that buying a new taillight for now…

I found this adhesive most useful when repairing my dryer stand, after cutting 4cm off an aluminum tube to fit it properly. It successfully bonded the aluminum to a square tubing inner sleeve, and has held strong against my 50kg vibrating dryer without any signs of giving up. I used it with some clamps and reference metal to keep everything steady while it set. While it isn't the most budget-friendly option, it's definitely cheaper and easier than dragging out a welder for such a small repair. The bond created seems durable enough to handle constant vibration and weight. For DIYers needing to adhere metal pieces together without professional equipment, this does the job nicely. Would work well for anyone who's moderately handy but lacks access to heavy-duty welding tools.

Excelente bote de pegamento, me funcionó increíble para pegar nuevamente mi retrovisor al parabrisas, solo con una lija fina tipo grano 1000 apoyado sobre una mesa plana lijé la base del espejo. Coloqué el espejo en el parabrisas con una gota bien esparcida y listo, un par de minutos fueron suficientes para que no volviese a caer el retrovisor. Lo he usado para pegar otras cosas y me convenció más que el loctite o su competencia de loka.
