I’ve had eczema in the past but as an adult it only flares up ever so often. I used the mouth tape for 3 nights, and it did definitely improve my sleep, which is the good part.However it says gentle on skin. Well every morning I would wake up with a sticky residue around my mouth which despite washing, wouldn’t go easily at all.I’m unsure whether it was the consistent washing off the glue or the glue itself, but after 3 days I got an awful rash around my mouth which has now turned into dry sore skin. I wouldn’t say this product is allergy friendly or gentle on skin at all. I’ve requested a refund and will be buying tape elsewhere.

This mouth tape has really helped me stop waking up with a dry mouth. It’s breathable enough that it doesn’t feel uncomfortable at all, even when wearing it all night. It stays on really well, too. I actually like using the wipes in the morning rather than before putting the tape on because they make my skin feel moisturised.

These are very sticky and if you have facial hair you better believe you are going to come to dread removing them in the morning. Other than that they work well getting a lot for you money just very sticky.
