Really helpful, simple, and economic solution

It was too large for my daughter and did not help with making my back feel better. May improve posture a bit but other than that overpriced and not effective for me.

The way this is designed leaves it so that you can't really reach the straps behind you to adjust it the first time you put it on unless you're double jointed. So plan on asking for help. Once on, it is relatively comfortable... for about 30 minutes. After that, the sharp edges of velcro dig into your armpits making it unwearable.

Realy helps posture. Just remember to not wear to long at first. You must get used to the fit under the arms. After a few days you can extend your time and your body will start to remember how you should stand.

Love this product. Helps me keep good posture when I spend long hours working at my computer.
