The "okvequip" has not given me any support on this product.
I do like the reliable GAS engine, starts on one crank and even if the "195cc" and less than 5.5HP.MY ISSUE: I can NOT get this mower to go STRAIGHT!!! It always veers to the left so this makes it hard to mow having to keep constantly correction steering right ALL the time.My only response was NOT TO TUCH the wrong knob?? Basically, China does not understand English questions so have no idea how to answer ANY of my questions. NOT happy
