I'll use it more often this way and take it on car trips as well!* The heat feature was pleasantly unexpected and mimics effects of a hot rock massage.What I wish was better:* I was going to say including more instructions on how to wear and use, then found the QR cod eon the box!* It did take time to charge up before first use, of course. ☆Once I found the perfect location on my neck and shoulder, this massager helped me so much. Easy to use, comfortable and now a part of my nightly ritual. You can control intensity and heat level easily. My only wish is that there was a way to turn off the 10 minute automatic shutoff. Otherwise, I use it all over my body and can feel relief instantly.

The product was very easy to use. I love how they have a USB-C charger instead of the slow chargers other company uses. I think it has 5 or 6 different massage mode I only use 2 which are my favorite for around the neck and arms. I love the feature with the head around the neck. If you like a good soft or hard massage this neck massage really is strong and does the trick. I was surprised how strong the massager was and how it feels amazing!

The best thing about this massager is that the massaging nodes don't pinch or hurt; they are gentle like fingers. The materials used and the massager itself are of high quality, and it is not heavy. It is easy to charge and I appreciate the lights that alert when the device needs to be charged, is charging, and when it is fully charged.However, I wish this massager offered more setting options. High and low settings are not enough variety for me. Overall, it is a very nice but very basic neck and shoulder massager.
