What a great deal
OK, we’ve only had this for a few days, but I absolutely love it. We replaced a Roomba vacuum that never worked properly constantly got stuck under the furniture and never went back to its base. I was really skeptical because of the price on this plus we upgraded to a mopping and vacuuming robot, but I was proven wrong. This is a low profile unit that fits underneath our couch, the washing works remarkably well, And it goes back to its base to recharge every time. Really couldn’t be happier with this unit. It did not come with replacement wash pads, but we were able to buy those separately. Very happy with this product and hope I will be able to continue to find parts for it so that we can use it for years to come

Skip This One
It did a good job, but quit working the third time we used it. We sent it back and got a Roborock. Save your money and spring for a name brand - it is worth it.

Needs a new brain.
This is the first robo-vac I've ever had. I needed something that I could use to vacuum the house while I'm recovering from shoulder surgery and unable to push the larger vacuum. This little bot has a couple of different modes. I was blown away by the one where it "edges" your room. It really takes this mode seriously! I think it's the only mode that it understands. It did a better job than I ever did while pushing my big vacuum. It did well on flat surfaces, tile, cement. It also did well on thick throw carpets and carpeted bedrooms. ...EXCEPT... when someone comes home from working in a muddy red clay field and doesn't take off his shoes and spreads this all over the house... Little Robo-vac CANNOT suck up the dried red clay particles.Pay attention to it upon your first use. Mine got stuck under a bed where I have the compressor for my Sleep Number bed. I tried to be prepared and put boxes in front of the compressor, but, this little bot is STUBBORN!!!!!! I had to tape cardboard boxes together the entire width of the bed and put it under the bed to prevent Bot from trying to vacuum the compressor. Also, be careful with any loose cords. I took toilet paper rolls and paper towel rolls, taped them together and covered the cords. This may not look attractive, but, I don't care, it works. I could always cover the cords with an old vacuum hose, or other type of hose. This got stuck trying to get underneath a rocker, recliner. Had to position a cardboard box there, partially sticking it under the recliner so that Bot will get the hint.Sometimes, this little thing seems to have a mind of its own, or it looses its memory on what it's supposed to be doing. That gets irritating. Especially after leaving the room and setting my timer to come back after twenty minutes only to find that the moron robo-vac is running the same course, not covering the entire room.OH, we have a cat, and when the Bot finishes any one room, I do empty out the little container that catches the dust, dirt, fur and then move on to the next room.I'm not happy with the filter. It never looks clean. I've tried brushing it with a toothbrush, even sprayed it front and back with water, it still looks dirty. Not sure if it's compromising the effectiveness of the unit.I wouldn't recommend this to anyone. It's not a very smart robo-vac and it's impossible to clean the little filter.

Questions to be answered
Not bad but has flaws and I need to know where and whom can o reach out. The water basin stays almost filled after the mopping it’s done, no matter how many hours it’s in use. And accumulates pressure. Hence the mopping isn’t done correctly. I like it otherwise, just need some questions answered,

DO NOT BUY
DO NOT BUY..only owned a month and already having issues. First it doesn't return to base before dying so we have to go through house trying to find it. Second it only came with one filter so makes it hard to keep cleaning going while the other is drying. Lastly it's now not even working so I'm having to email instead of getting to call someone to walk through trouble shooting so who knows when they'll respond.

Great when it works
Had it for a few months and when it gets a good charge it works great. Just keep cords out of the way. However, mine barely holds a charge and I am still waiting on a response from the distributor on whether I can replace the battery or not.

Cleans well but won’t stop beeping
I’m hoping this review is seen by someone who can help… I enjoy the vacuum. For the price, I think it cleans well! However, it keeps beeping randomly when it’s charged or uncharged.
