I was genuinely impressed with the quality and design of these shorts. They took a very long time to arrive, about 6 to 7 weeks or delivery, but I do believe they will get used a lot this summer. The ripstop material is tough and they great. I like that while they have a standard button and zipper they makeup for the lack of belt loops with a tie inside. Also a feature I havent seen in a long time is the hidden front waist pocket built into the front is nice. The side pockets can hold a good bit and are held down with a nice button. They are comfortable and given that ripstop material is light they arent very heavy so makes them great for all sorts of activites. Overall worth the long wait.

I dislike that the pockets are stretched with my shape. They show the inside lining of the pocket while the waste is sufficient. They need a little more give in this area and the inseam is a little low for my liking.Pockets are great and the double button on the cargo keeps larger items in place. The back pockets have a button shade to keep the buttons from getting caught on seating surfaces. The material seems to be ripstop but feels thinner than I would like. I would like it if the pattern was a little more consistent.
