Sometimes doesn't heat up but otherwise really good
In my small space when I get the big ironing board out it is kind of always in the middle of a space and with my regular corded iron it was an accident waiting to happen with me tripping over the cord. I have this on a cupboard close by and so when I put the iron down I know it is safe and out of the way with no cords to trip me when moving about. It heats very quickly and generally when ironing big pieces I put it on the stand while moving the fabric and by the time I am done rearranging it the iron is hot again.The only issue is that recently I have noticed that I have to plug it out and back in for it to heat at all because the light is just endlessly blinking (indicating that it is not ready) and the iron is not hot at all or barely warm, not sure what that is about but I hope it is a temporary thing.

Game changer
Once you use a cordless iron you really really cannot go back to normal. I was concerned that this would be underpowerted compared to the expensive Braun we had... but actually the steam and ironing capacity are superior. Stong recommendation. The convenience and ease of use are ridiculous. And the warranty on this is very good value (beyond the excellent Amazon service) Tefal give 15 years of fair repair guarantee

Excellent design but randomly stops working
Love the cordless design, and when it all works it's excellent. However, it randomly stops working every now and again and you need to wait until it fully cools down before it starts working again.Update: Revised my rating down to a 1 stars, few months in and the iron now stops working after a few minutes, everytime. Annoyingly I've waited too long now to get a refund. I'm sticking with corded going forwards!

Happy purchase
Bought for daughter who has a large family and she is very happy with it , nice not to have the cables when ironing doesn’t take to long to heat up once topped up with water .

It’s Cordless! But, the constant placing it back and forth on charging plate gets tedious.
