I have been gluten free for the past 10 years and have tried just about every gluten free wrap available and have always been left slightly disappointed and frustrated as they all fall apart and break. When I tried Coyotas wraps I was blown away on how good they tasted and that they stayed together! These are now my go to option!

My wife went completely gluten free and after trying everything out there (Siete, Rise & Puff) these tortillas are almost too good to be true. One note: these tortillas heat much faster than a normal flour tortilla, so pay attention to the timing in the package instructions! At first my tortillas weren't soft and pliable as promised, but when I watched the video on the Coyotas website I realized I was way overdoing it. Just a kiss of heat on both sides and they come out perfect.

It’s amazing what can be achieved with such few ingredients. This is a non guilty pleasure because it’s so clean. Truly grateful to companies like this for their service in healthy food creationism.

They all arrived moldy. No where did it say when ordering and asking Rufus How should I store these tortillas to maintain freshness? The product information does not provide specific storage instructions to maintain the freshness of the Coyotas Cassava Tortillas. This was the answer. So I went ahead and ordered. See image below.

I love these: they taste great and I haven't had any tear yet when I roll them. I've tried all three sizes and they're all great. I store them in the freezer and they thaw quickly when I'm ready to use them. These aren't available to me locally, so I appreciate being able to order online. Coyotas tortillas are a lot tastier than the other popular tapioca-flour options (like the brand that has almond flour in it). And I appreciate that these have minimal ingredients. Please never change this recipe!

OMG we are able to eat tortillas again!! These were absolutely delicious!! What a treat! No gluten and no corn and no almonds. I wish they were not so expensive, the only reason I dinged a star. The packaging for shipment was fun and adorable. I love the multiple sizes. With a quick burst in the microwave with a splash of water and they soften right up to add your burrito ingredients - and holds up to folding too!

Rarely write a review but these are really good. I made chips out of some w/ avacado oil & they were better than most I have had.

This is the second time that I purchased Coyatas tortillas. They are absolutely the best asting cassava tortillas ever. I stopped eating gluten free bread to help my carb intake. These tortillas heat up quickly in my toaster oven. I am happy to support this small company!
