Much recommended.
A practical, helpful course in CBT with plenty of exercises and homework in-between the chapter lessons. Much recommended.

Great
I haven't started using it yet, but flicking through, it would appear to be just what I need. Looking forward to learning :D

BRILLIANT
Stephanie has a fantastic insight into the understanding of OCD sufferers and what they go through daily. She has a natural genuine approach to the delicate nature of dealing with people.I would recommend this book to sufferers and people that want to try to understand OCD and how it affects people and how to deal with it.

It's okay.
Personally, I didn't get that much value from this book. There was more theory than I wanted or (to be honest) needed. There was a great deal of emphasis on "SMART" objectives which I thought probably better had its place in a time management manual. I had to look towards the second part of the book to find worksheets on the cognitive part of "CBT". For me, it was a disappointment and I much preferred "The Little CBT Workbook" by Dr Michael Sinclair and Dr Belinda Hollingsworth as you got "stuck in" to the practice of CBT virtually straightaway.
