Moreish and Delicious
First time trying these.I liked these, the taste was moreish, nice with a cup of coffee as they are a bit dry in texture though.Would make a nice gift.

best served with a beverage
i really enjoyed these sweets, they're essentially a flavoured pastry that is incredibly dry and flaky.eaten on their own it's a bit like have a flavoured dry weetabix in texture which is a little harsh but the closest thing i can think of to describe it.as such they're really something that is best enjoyed with a nice cup of tea or coffee (the box shows a cup so i think this is the correct method too).the chocolate and nescafe flavours are both nice, the nescafe is not the greatest choice for a coffee flavour but still enjoyable.while we enjoyed these it's not something we'd have often and the price is quite high (importing being the main factor for that i expect).

Stale
Unfortunately, the biscuits had a stale taste. There was a prominent date label on the bottom of the box?I've given 3 stars as the box was beautifully presented.Sorry🙏

Wife likes them
As a Coeliac, I can't eat these as they're stuffed with gluten, however my wife was a willing tester and promptly set about them. I was surprised at how big the box is and it's quite a stylish package too.Nicely presented, you get 28 in the box and my wife said they were nice enough. A bit like a cross between a cake and a biscuit, not as sweet as she was expecting. Also, not that exciting either. We've tried a few products from this brand and generally the've always been beautifully presented and tasted good. Overall they'd make a lovely gift for someone.

Very average
I've tried Zaitoune stuff in the past, and most of it is decent. Sadly, these biscuits aren't for me. They're very dry, rather bland tasting, and massively overpriced for what you get. The box looks huge, but it's just the usual overpackaging, making things seem better value than they actually are. At nearly 20 quid, you can get much better quality biscuits elsewhere, with more emphasis on the food itself, rather than the packaging.

Beautiful Presentation, Okay Taste
hese Zaitoune petit fours definitely win points for presentation. The packaging is lovely and makes them feel like a special treat. However, while the biscuits are decent, the taste doesn't quite live up to the visual appeal. They're not bad, but they're not particularly memorable either. If you're looking for a gift where presentation is key, these are a good option, but if you're prioritizing flavor above all else, there might be better choices out there.

Nice, but expensive
packaged well, you do get the impression that the product is high quality and you’re receiving a generous amount but on opening you do realise there is a lot of packaging giving the boxing more depth than it needs. The biscuits are cute, the taste ok and the biscuit is nice and crumbly. I can taste the coconut, but don’t get any of the lotus biscuit at all.

Great when you don't want something too sweet
These little biscuits are a delicious treat to have in the afternoon paired with a nice cup of tea or coffee. They aren't very sweet but I would say that they are sweet enough to take care of that late-day sugar (and energy) craving many of us get. Comes in a very nice box that would also make a great gift to someone.
